Basotho ba heso please share this with other people who may be interested. I sorry about the timeframe but this was only communicated to me a little while ago.

The Office of the Minister of Communications, Science and Technology is interested in meeting young Basotho graduates who have an interest in developing e-Government applications for the Lesotho Government.

Interested candidates are requested to prepare a short concept note (no longer than one page) describing their proposed application. The candidate(s) will also be expected to present before a Ministerial Panel on Monday 10 July 2017 at 2pm in the Boardroom of the Main Post Office, Maseru.

The best candidates will be requested by the Ministry to attend a short course of 6 weeks in India to further study the development of e-Government Applications. The course commences 17 July 2017 and all candidates attending on Monday are expected to come with passports and National ID cards. Applicants must also come with certified copies of degrees and transcripts.

This opportunity is open to Basotho nationals from all regions of the country. Candidates will be assessed without consideration of age, gender, religion or political persuasion.
