👉 Am 6. Juni begingen unsere Nachbarn in Deutschland den bundesweiten Sehbehindertentag. Das diesjährige Motto lautet: „Kochen mit Sehbehinderung“. Damit macht der Deutsche Blinden- und Sehbehindertenverband (DBSV) darauf aufmerksam, dass selbstständiges Kochen auch mit spezifischen Sehbedarfen möglich ist. Mit den richtigen Techniken, Hilfsmitteln und etwas Übung.

🍳 Mit einfachen Maßnahmen kann die Küche sicherer und zugänglicher werden, z.B:�
• Gute, blendfreie Beleuchtung nutzen�
• Kontraste auf Arbeitsflächen und Geschirr schaffen�
• Gewürze und Lebensmittel tastbar oder farblich kennzeichnen�
• Hilfsmittel mit Sprach- oder Tonsignalen einsetzen

One week ago, we concluded three days of exchange, learning, and collaboration 🤝📚. Since then, the CDV team has taken time to reflect on these moments while also tidying up, returning borrowed items, and carefully putting everything back into place 🧹📦.

This afternoon, the congress will conclude with the Closing Ceremony, including reflections on future commitments, acknowledgments, and a final concert by Fondation EME. 🎶
