International Erasmus+ project with Hand in Hand LTD.
17-21 June 2019 organization “Hand in Hand in Malta” Hand in Hand LTD has been visited by Liepaja A.Pushkina secondary school no.2 pedagogues, principal’s deputy Natalija Zavaruhina and speech therapist Inga Dukule. The two pedagogues had a great possibility of Job Shadowing.
The school expresses its gratitude to Hand in Hand’s great teacher and their mentor Ms. Eleanor Demanuele. It was a great experience to participate in lessons with kids who study with behavioral difficulties. The visit to the organization Hand in Hand was organized by school’s hosting partner in Malta – Paragon Europe. It is definitely a great experience and is worth all the efforts!

• Target audience: Liepājas A.Pushkina secondary school No.2 personnel.
Main project activities. 4 school representatives ( School Support team members and the staff actively involved in support activities and participating in pupil education, methodology and education programme development and communication with parents) will improve their professional competence by participating in a training course on methodological knowledge for working with pupils who have learning and behavioral difficulties as well as will have the opportunity to participate personally in Erasmus+ programme - gain personal experience in mobility - travelling abroad.
As a result, they will improve both professional competence and foreign language communication skills, and stretch School's international dimension in Italy and Greece. And 2 school representatives will have an opportunity to observe working process at Malta's schools and job shadowing support centres. Upon implementing the project, a long-term cooperation will be formed among the organizations that can also provide cooperation in other projects and activities.
These are not only new knowledge and self-improvement opportunities, but also a possibility of presenting their country and School abroad, a chance to increase publicity at regional, national and European level. Information on project results and activities will be published on home pages and/or social media pages of all participating organizations.
