The High Council of State - Libya The High Council of State of Libya was formed as per the Libyan political agreement signed in Skhirat, Morocco on December 17, 2015. Mr.

The first meeting of the council was held on April 05, 2016. On April 06, the council elected Dr. Abdulrahman Alswaihli as President after gaining 53 of the votes. Dr. Saleh Almakhzoum was elected as First Deputy and Mr. Mohammed Mazaib as Second Deputy. Ajaili Bu Sadail was elected as rapporteur.
