بمناسبة اليوم الوطني لتقنية المعلومات، نتفقد جهودنا في التحول الرقمي بـ الجمارك الليبية Libyan Customs، حيث نسعى جاهدين لتطوير وتحديث عملياتنا بما يتلاءم مع متطلبات العصر الحديث. تُعتبر نظم مثل "الأسيكودا" و"المشغل الاقتصادي" وبرنامج التسجيل المسبق الشحنات الإلكتروني من بين الأمثلة البارزة على هذا النهج.
ومع ذلك، يركز التحول الرقمي الداخلي للجمارك الليبية على تحسين العمليات الداخلية وتطويرها، بغض النظر عن التطورات الخارجية مثل الموقع الرسمي للجمارك أو اعتماد البريد الإلكتروني للتواصل مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية. في هذا السياق، تبرز البوابة الرقمية للجمارك الليبية كأداة رئيسية في هذا التحول.
تتميز البوابة الرقمية للجمارك الليبية بأهدافها الرئيسية التي تعكس جهود التحول الرقمي الداخلي وأهميتها في تحسين كفاءة وفعالية العمل الجمركي.
فهي تهدف إلى تسهيل العمليات الجمركية وتحسين تجربة المخلصين الجمركيين، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق مع مختلف الجهات الحكومية وتحسين التواصل الداخلي والخارجي. بفضل جهود الإدارة العامة لتقنية المعلومات والتوثيق في الجمارك الليبية، تم تحقيق هذه الأهداف بنجاح، مما يعكس التزام الجمارك الليبية بالتحول الرقمي وتحسين أدائها.
بالطبع، لا يمكننا نسيان دور الشركاء في هذا النجاح المشترك. نود أن نعبر عن التقدير والامتنان لجميع الشركاء الذين ساهموا في هذا العمل الجماعي لتحقيق التحول الرقمي للجمارك الليبية.
نتمنى أن يستمر التعاون بين الجهات المختلفة في المستقبل، وأن يبقى العمل الجماعي مستمرًا لتحقيق المزيد من التقدم والنجاحات في مجال التحول الرقمي للجمارك وفي جميع مجالات الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في ليبيا.

On the occasion of 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝘆, we review our efforts in the digital transformation of الجمارك الليبية Libyan Customs, as we strive to develop and modernize our operations to suit the requirements of the modern era. Systems such as 𝗔𝗦𝗬𝗖𝗨𝗗𝗔, the Economic Operator 𝗔𝗘𝗢, and the Electronic Advance cargo information 𝗔𝗖𝗜 are among prominent examples of this approach.
However, the internal digital transformation of Libyan Customs focuses on improving and developing internal processes, regardless of external developments such as the official customs website or adopting email to communicate with internal and external parties. In this context, the Libyan Customs Digital Portal is a key tool in this transformation.
The Libyan Customs Digital Portal is distinguished by its main objectives that reflect internal digital transformation efforts and its importance in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of customs work.
It aims to facilitate customs operations and improve the experience of customs brokers, in addition to enhancing cooperation and coordination with various government agencies and improving internal and external communication. Thanks to the efforts of the General Administration of Information Technology and Documentation at Libyan Customs, these goals were successfully achieved, reflecting Libyan Customs’ commitment to digital transformation and improving its performance.
Of course, we cannot forget the role of partners in this shared success. We would like to express our appreciation and gratitude to all partners who contributed to this teamwork to achieve the digital transformation of Libyan Customs.
We hope that cooperation between the various parties will continue in the future and that teamwork will continue to achieve more progress and success in the field of digital transformation of customs and all areas of economic and social life in Libya.
