في إطار اهتمام وزارة الداخلية بالقضايا المجتمعية والأمنية، وبناءً على توجيهات معالي وزير الداخلية السيد.عماد الطربلسي،
قدّمت كلية الدراسات العليا للعلوم الأمنية دعوة حضور لمؤسسة 21 مارس لحقوق الطفل، للمشاركة في ورشة العمل التي تعقدها الكلية تحت عنوان: "العنف الأسري وانعكاساته على النسيج الاجتماعي"
+تهدف الورشة:
-تسليط الضوء على خطورة ظاهرة العنف الأسري بوصفه وما تخلفه من آثار سلبية على الفرد والمجتمع بصورة شاملة.
-إبراز أهمية التصدي للعنف الأسري بوصفه جزءا من الجهود الوطنية الرامية إلى تعزيز الأمن والاستقرار داخل المجتمع.
-الارثقاء بقدرات الكوادر الأمنية والاجتماعية في التعامل مع قضايا العنف الأسري بأسلوب مهني وإنساني يراعي الخصوصية الاجتماعية.
-صياغة توصيات علمية وعملية تعين متخد القرار، ولا سيما وزارة الداخلية، على تطوير آليات التعامل مع قضايا العنف الأسري من منظور أمني واجتماعي متكامل.
-تعزيز قنوان التعاون بين الأجهزة الأمنية ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني ومنظمات حقوق الإنسان للحد من تفشي ظاهرة العنف الأسري.
-إبراز الدور الحيوي لوزارة الداخلية في حماية الأسرة وتعزيز استقرارها.
-إيجاد منصة للحوار المجتمعي البناء عبر نقاشات موسعة تهدف إلى توعية أفراد المجتمع بآليات الوقاية من العنف الأسري والتصدي له.
-توثيق مخرجات الورشة لتشكيل مرجع علمي يستفاد منه في تطوير السياسات المستقبلية.
-تعتبر مشاركة مؤسسة 21 مارس لحقوق الطفل، أحد التجارب النوعية في دعم الدراسات الميدانية والاجتماعية والتوعية المجتمعية، ويسهم حضورها في إثراء الورشة بالنقاشات البناءة والرؤى المتخصصة، وتبادل الخبرات مع الجهات المعنية بالأمن المجتمعي والأسري.

إن هذه المبادرة تمثل امتدادًا لجهود مباركة في تعزيز الشراكة المجتمعية، وتأكيدًا على أهمية التعاون بين الجهات الأمنية والمؤسسات الحقوقية في معالجة القضايا المجتمعية الهامة.
Within the framework of the Ministry of Interior's interest in societal and security issues, and based on the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Interior, Mr. Imad Al-Tarabulsi, the College of Graduate Studies for Security Sciences extended an invitation to the March 21 Foundation for Children's Rights to participate in the workshop held by the college entitled: "Domestic Violence and its Repercussions on the Social Fabric."
The workshop aims to:
- Highlight the seriousness of domestic violence and its negative impact on individuals and society as a whole.
- Emphasize the importance of addressing domestic violence as part of national efforts to promote security and stability within society.
- Enhance the capabilities of security and social personnel in dealing with domestic violence cases in a professional and humane manner that respects social privacy.
- Formulating scientific and practical recommendations to assist decision-makers, particularly the Ministry of Interior, in developing mechanisms for addressing domestic violence from a comprehensive security and social perspective.
- Strengthening cooperation channels between security agencies, civil society organizations, and human rights organizations to reduce the prevalence of domestic violence.
- Highlighting the vital role of the Ministry of Interior in protecting families and promoting their stability.
- Establishing a platform for constructive community dialogue through extensive discussions aimed at raising awareness among community members about mechanisms for preventing and addressing domestic violence.
- Documenting the workshop's outcomes to create a scientific reference that can be used in developing future policies.
The participation of the March 21 Foundation for Child Rights is considered one of the qualitative experiences in supporting field and social studies and community awareness, and its presence contributes to enriching the workshop with constructive discussions and specialized visions, and exchanging experiences with the parties concerned with community and family security.
