بعد اربع سنوات من العمل المضني ، انهي اليوم مهامي كسفيرة البرتغال في ليبيا في ظروف استثنائية للغاية .
أود ان اتقدم ببالغ شكري و امتناني الى كل من تعاون معنا و ساعدنا و ساهم و لو بقسط قليل في الارتقاء بالعلاقات التعاون الثنائي بين ليبيا و البرتغال في مختلف المجالات . و الان ، و في لحظة الوداع ، اود ان اعترف بجميل الشعب الليبي على حسن الاستقبال و الضيافة و كرم الوفادة ، و اتمنى في هذه الظروف الصعبة التي تمر بها ليبيا ، ان يعم السلام و ان ينعم الشعب الليبي بالازدهار و الرخاء الذي لطالما استحقه و سعى اليه .

Após quatro anos intensos, num quadro particularmente exigente, cesso hoje as minhas funções como embaixadora de Portugal na Líbia.
Gostaria de agradecer a todos a colaboração e contributos recebidos e que permitiram aprofundar e expandir as áreas de cooperação entre Portugal e a Líbia. Na hora da despedida, quero deixar um reconhecimento muito especial pela generosa hospitalidade do povo líbio. Perante a conjuntura difícil que a Líbia atravessa, só posso desejar que a paz e harmonia regressem ao país para que a Líbia possa trilhar o caminho da prosperidade que todos os líbios anseiam e merecem.
