๐ก Over the past two days, we had the privilege of bringing together 7๏ธโฃ5๏ธโฃ+ ambitious public servants and future EU professionals for the "๐๐ฎ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐๐ซ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐" training programme ๐ an initiative that demonstrates what can be achieved through trusted international cooperation.
โด๏ธ This programme, delivered under the ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ ๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ initiative, is a testament to the excellent collaboration between ReSPA, the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, and INSP - Institut national du service public, in close partnership with Montenegro's Human Resources Management Authority (Uprava za ljudske resurse).
๐ค The event was opened by Jelena Mrdak, ReSPA Director a.i., Anne-Marie Maskay, Ambassador of France to Montenegro (Ambassade de France au Montรฉnรฉgro / Ambasada Francuske u Crnoj Gori), Zemka Strikoviฤ, Assistant Director of HRMA, Biljana Papoviฤ, State Secretary at the Ministry of European Affairs, and Bernard Brunet, Head of Cooperation at the EU Delegation to Montenegro, who all emphasized a shared vision ๐ preparing a new generation of public servants to contribute not only to their national administrations but also to the European institutions.
๐จ๏ธ Jelena Mrdak: "European integration is not only about negotiating chapters, aligning legislation or fulfilling formal criteria. It is also about people - about building the knowledge, confidence and professional capacities of those who will represent our countries, contribute to European institutions, and bring Europe closer to citizens."
๐จ๏ธ ๐๐ฆ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ง๐ง๐-๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ค๐๐ฒ: "A career within the EU is both challenging and rewarding. Success in the highly competitive EPSO selection process requires early preparation, a clear understanding of expectations, and the gradual development of relevant skills and competencies."
๐ A special thank you goes to our outstanding INSP experts, Laurence ELERT, Head of the EU Knowledge Preparation Center, and Astrid Chassรฉ, specialist trainer in European affairs and EU competition preparation ๐ Through their expertise, practical guidance and hands-on exercises, participants gained ๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐จ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ, competency-based recruitment and the skills needed to thrive in European institutions.
