DIGITAL REVOLUTION AT OAG: "MATIXINVESTIGATOR" TOOL GOES LIVE TO STRENGTHEN INVESTIGATION AND SAFEGUARD PUBLIC RESOURCE:

MAJURO, REPUBLIC OF THE MARSHALL ISLANDS: The Office of the Auditor-General (OAG) today officially activated MatrixInvestigator, a groundbreaking digital infrastructure that fundamentally transforms how the OAG detects and investigates fraud.
Marking an immediate shift from manual to digital operations, the OAG Investigation Division has already begun utilizing the system’s capabilities. As of today, investigators are now in their “Go-Live” phase and inputting investigation cases into the secure, cloud-based environment, moving sensitive data away from paper files to ensure the highest standards of data integrity. By digitizing these case files and automating complex workflows, the OAG is ensuring that investigative work is not only faster but more transparent and accountable.
The system’s deployment follows an intensive training period for the OAG’s investigators, who have spent recent weeks mastering the software to ensure a seamless transition. The team is now fully operational, utilizing MatrixInvestigator to collaborate on these active cases in real-time.
