Aquaculture Technologies of the Marshall Islands Aquaculture Technologies of the Marshall Islands (ATMI) is improving economic resiliency by developing the aquaculture sector in the Marshall Islands.

Founded in 2013, ATMI is a Marshall Islands start-up company. ATMI is utilizing the marine resources of the Marshall Islands to commercially raise Pacific Threadfin (Polydactylus sexfilis) commonly known as “Moi”, for export to Hawaiian and Taiwanese wholesale markets. ATMI is primarily owned by local government and has other partners to attract investors to facilitate ATMI market expansion and o
