Дигитализација на статистичките податоци: Студентите задолжително да го пополнат електронскиот образец ВОИ.20
Нема веќе хартиени обрасци – запишаните студенти на додипломски студии се пријавуваат само електронски
Државниот завод за статистика, во соработка со Министерството за дигитална трансформација, воведе целосно дигитализирано прибирање на податоците за запишаните студенти на додипломски студии преку новиот електронски образец ВОИ.20. Почнувајќи од академската 2025/2026 година, хартиените обрасци се целосно исклучени, а сите активни студенти имаат обврска статистичкиот образец да го пополнат и да го достават по електронски пат.
За да го пополнат образецот, студентите најпрвин треба да направат регистрација на Националниот портал за е-Услуги (Порталот) https://uslugi.gov.mk/, со дефинирање профил на ниско ниво преку Системот за единствена најава (СЕН) на еден од следните начини:
1. Студентот може да се регистрира на Порталот со валидна е-адреса, со што добива профил на основно ниво (без проверен физички идентитет) и тој профил мора да го надгради на ниско ниво во канцелариите на центрите ЕТУ (Една точка за услуги) низ Северна Македонија: https://mdt.gov.mk/mk-MK/ministerstvo/centri-za-uslugi-etu, како и во подрачните едници на УЈП, со документ за лична идентификација.
2. Ако студентот веќе има корисничка сметка од Управата за јавни приходи (УЈП), на Порталот ја избира опцијата за регистрација со постојна корисничка сметка од УЈП „Имате профил на УЈП“ и се најавува со корисничкото име и лозинка од УЈП.
Студентите го пополнуваат образецот на следниот линк: https://uslugi.gov.mk/service/obrazec-za-zapishani-studenti-na-dodiplomski-studii-na-fakultetite-i-visokite-struchni-shkoli-voi-5793 . По успешното пополнување на образецот, системот генерира соодветен документ кој студентите се должни да го достават до студентската служба на својот матичен факултет или висока стручна школа.
Потсетуваме дека навременото и точно пополнување на овие податоци е законска обврска што придонесува за креирање прецизни образовни политики, а за сите дополнителни прашања и технички насоки студентите и институциите може да стапат во контакт со надлежните лица од Државниот завод за статистика.

Digjitalizimi i të dhënave statistikore: Studentët janë të detyruar të plotësojnë formularin elektronik VOI.20
Nuk ka më formularë në letër – studentët e regjistruar në studimet e ciklit të parë deklarohen vetëm në mënyrë elektronike
Enti Shtetëror i Statistikës, në bashkëpunim me Ministrinë e Transformimit Digjital, ka vendosur mbledhjen plotësisht të digjitalizuar të të dhënave për studentët e regjistruar në studimet e ciklit të parë, përmes formularit të ri elektronik VOI.20.
Duke filluar nga viti akademik 2025/2026, formularët në letër janë hequr plotësisht dhe të gjithë studentët aktivë janë të detyruar ta plotësojnë dhe ta dorëzojnë formularin statistikor në mënyrë elektronike.
Për të plotësuar formularin, studentët fillimisht duhet të regjistrohen në Portalin Kombëtar për e-Shërbime (Portali) – https://uslugi.gov.mk/, duke krijuar një profil të nivelit të ulët përmes Sistemit për Regjistrim të Vetëm (SRV), në njërën nga mënyrat e mëposhtme:
1. Regjistrimi me adresë elektronike:
Studenti mund të regjistrohet në Portal me një adresë elektronike të vlefshme, me ç’rast krijon një profil të nivelit bazë (pa identitet fizik të verifikuar). Ky profil duhet të avancohet në nivel të ulët në zyrat e qendrave ETU (Një Pikë për Shërbime) në të gjithë Maqedoninë e Veriut, si dhe në njësitë rajonale të Drejtorisë së të Ardhurave Publike (DAP), duke paraqitur një dokument identifikimi personal.
2. Regjistrimi me llogarinë ekzistuese të DAP-it:
Nëse studenti tashmë ka një llogari përdoruesi në Drejtorinë e të Ardhurave Publike (DAP), në Portal duhet të zgjedhë opsionin „Keni profil në DAP“ dhe të identifikohet me emrin e përdoruesit dhe fjalëkalimin e llogarisë së tij në DAP.

Pas plotësimit me sukses të formularit, sistemi gjeneron dokumentin përkatës, të cilin studentët janë të detyruar ta dorëzojnë në shërbimin studentor të fakultetit të tyre amë ose të shkollës së lartë profesionale.
Ju rikujtojmë se plotësimi në kohë dhe i saktë i këtyre të dhënave është detyrim ligjor dhe kontribuon në krijimin e politikave të sakta dhe efektive arsimore.
Për çdo pyetje shtesë ose për udhëzime teknike, studentët dhe institucionet mund të kontaktojnë personat përgjegjës në Entin Shtetëror të Statistikës.

Digitisation of statistical data: Students are required to complete the electronic form VOI.20
No more paper forms – enrolled undergraduate students apply only online
The State Statistical Office, in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, has introduced fully digitised data collection for enrolled undergraduate students through the new electronic form VOI.20. Starting from the 2025/2026 academic year, paper forms are completely eliminated, and all active students are required to complete and submit the statistical form electronically.
To fill in the form, students must first register on the National e-Services Portal (the Portal) https://uslugi.gov.mk/, by defining a low-level profile through the Single Sign-On System (SSO) in one of the following ways:
1. The student can register on the Portal with a valid e-mail address, thereby obtaining a basic level profile (without verified physical identity), and this profile must be upgraded to a low level at the OPS (One Point of Service) centres across North Macedonia: https://mdt.gov.mk/mk-MK/ministerstvo/centri-za-uslugi-etu, as well as in the regional offices of the Public Revenue Office (PRO), using a personal identification document.
2. If the student already has a user account with the Public Revenue Office (PRO), they should select the registration option on the Portal using the existing PRO account "With PRO profile" and sign in with their PRO username and password.
Students fill in the form at the following link: https://uslugi.gov.mk/service/obrazec-za-zapishani-studenti-na-dodiplomski-studii-na-fakultetite-i-visokite-struchni-shkoli-voi-5793 . Upon successful completion of the form, the system generates a document that students are required to submit to the student affairs office of their home faculty or higher vocational school.
