The 7 Ethnic Armed Organizations that have signed the Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement (NCA) with the aim of ending the over 70-year civil war in Myanmar and establishing a new federal democratic union, reformed as 7 Ethnic Armed Alliance Organizations (7 EAO Alliance) to strengthen cooperation and speed up operation in the implementation of peace processes among them and with other stakeholders on
March 19, 2024. To establish policies and offer direction to the 7 EAO Alliance, a steering committee comprising 14 members, including a team leader and deputy team leader, each representing two representatives from every organization within the 7 EAO Alliance, has been formed. To implement the policies established by the Steering Committee, a secretariat has been established, comprising one representative from each of the 7 EAO Alliances. The secretariat includes roles such as a General Secretary, Joint Secretary, coordinators, and members.
7 EAO will be actively engaged in all-party dialogue to pursue incremental and meaningful political changes, in creating spaces to give voice to moderates seeking peaceful solutions, and in enhancing the responsibilities of all parties for civilians. These seven groups collectively known as 7 Ethnic Armed Organization (7 EAO Alliance) are:
1. The Democratic Karen Benevolent Army (DKBA)
3. The Karen National Union/Karen National Liberation Army Peace Council (KNU/KNLA PC)
4. The Lahu Democratic Union (LDU)
5. The New Mon State Party (NMSP)
6. The Pa-Oh National Liberation Organization (PNLO)
7. The Restoration Council of Shan State (RCSS)
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် နှစ်(၇၀)ကျော်ကြာ ပြည်တွင်းစစ်ချုပ်ငြိမ်းရေးနှင့် ဖက်ဒရယ်ဒီမိုကရေစီပြည်ထောင်စု သစ်ထူ ထောင် ရေးရည်ရွယ်ချက်ဖြင့် NCA လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးထားသည့် တိုင်းရင်းသားလက်နက်ကိုင်အဖွဲ့အစည်း(၇)ဖွဲ့ တို့သည် မိမိတို့အဖွဲ့အစည်း(၇)ဖွဲ့အကြားတွင်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ အခြားသော Stakeholder များနှင့် ငြိမ်းချမ်း ရေး လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များဆောင်ရွက်ရာ၌သော်လည်းကောင်း ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ အားကောင်းလာကာ လုပ်ငန်း များကို အရှိန်အဟုန်မြှင့် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ 7 EAO Alliance အဖြစ် ၂၀၂၄ခုနှစ်၊ မတ်လ (၁၈) ရက် နေ့ တွင် ပြောင်းလဲဖွဲ့စည်းခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
မူဝါဒများချမှတ်ရန်နှင့် 7 EAO Alliance အားလမ်းညွန်မှုပေးရန်အတွက် 7 EAO Alliance အဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ် (၂)စီပါဝင်သော အဖွဲ့ခေါင်းဆောင်နှင့် ဒုတိယအဖွဲ့ခေါင်းဆောင်ပါအဝင် အဖွဲ့ဝင်များစုစုပေါင်း(၁၄) ဦးပါဝင်သည့် ဦးဆောင်မှုကော်မတီကိုဖွဲ့စည်းထားပါသည်။
ဦးဆောင်ကော်မတီမှ ချမှတ်သည့် မူဝါဒများအားအကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်အတွက် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ 7 EAO Alliance မှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ(၁)ဦးစီပါဝင်သည့် အတွင်းရေးမှူးအဖွဲ့အား ဖွဲ့စည်းထားပါသည်။ အတွင်းရေး အဖွဲ့၌ အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူး၊ တွဲဖက်အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူး၊ ညှိနှိုင်းရေးမှူးနှင့် အဖွဲ့ဝင်များပါဝင်ပါသည်။
7 EAO Alliance သည် အားလုံးပါဝင်သော တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးရေးမှတဆင့် ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးဆိုင်ရာ ရလဒ်များ ဖော်ထုတ်နိုင်ရန် လူထု၏သဘောထားများဖေါ်ထုတ်နိုင်သော အခင်းအကျင်းများဖန်တီးခြင်း၊ သက်ဆိုင်သည့် အဖွဲ့အစည်း များအနေဖြင့် ပြည်သူလူထုအား ကာကွယ်ရန် တာဝန်ရှိမှုကိုသိရှိစေခြင်း၊ အဓိပ္ပါယ်ပြည့်ဝ၍ နိုင်ငံရေး အပြောင်း အလဲများ တိုးတက်ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာစေရန် သက်ဆိုင်သူများအားလုံးနှင့် နိုင်ငံရေးဆွေးနွေးပွဲ များကို စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ကျင်းပခြင်းတို့ကိုဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
တိုင်းရင်းသားလက်နက်ကိုင်အဖွဲ့အစည်း(၇)၏ မဟာမိတ်အဖွဲ့မှာအောက်ပါအတိုင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။
