Division of Atomic Energy is the Regulatory Body to ensure the safety of the radiation sources and the protection from nuclear radiation hazards and the competent authority that carries out research, development and training in the field of atomic energy. We are Founding member of International Atomic Energy Agency in 1957. DAE is Regulatory body and Competent Authority for ensuring the safety of
people and environment form harmful effect of radiation as well as promoting the peaceful use of nuclear technology in Myanmar.
