အမေရိကန်လွတ်လပ်ရေး နှစ် ၂၅၀ ပြည့်အထိမ်းအမှတ်ပြုဆင်နွှဲမှုရဲ့ တစ်စိတ်တစ်ပိုင်းဖြစ်တဲ့ မိမိတို့ရဲ့ ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအခြေခံဥပဒေနေ့ အစီအစဉ်တွေထဲမှာ အမေရိကန် ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံအခြေခံဥပဒေ အထူးပြပွဲကို ရန်ကုန်နဲ့ မန္တလေးက ကျောင်းတွေနဲ့ ပညာရေး အသိုက်အဝန်းတွေဆီကို မိမိတို့ ယူဆောင်သွားနေပါပြီ။

As part of Freedom 250 and our Constitution Day programming, we’re bringing a special U.S. Constitution display to schools and learning communities across Yangon and Mandalay.

Our journey began at Yangon American International School, where U.S. Embassy Public Affairs Officer Felix Salazar joined students and educators to talk about the Constitution and the ideas it represents, including self-government, individual liberty, and the rule of law.

The display includes a replica of the U.S. Constitution, a translated version, and a QR code where students can learn more.

As part of the nationwide America 250 celebrations marking 250 years of American independence, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) recently hosted "The American Table" at Unique Mandalay Brasserie in Mandalay.

Opening the evening, USDA Regional Agricultural Attaché Maria Rakhovskaya highlighted U.S. culinary excellence and the 50th anniversary of the historic 1976 Judgment of Paris, which established California as a world-class wine-producing region. Guided by executive chefs and expert sommeliers, the exclusive gathering celebrated the return of high-quality U.S. beef to Mandalay alongside U.S. cheese, Washington apples, and fine wines. Unique Mandalay Brasserie has extended its special U.S. food and wine pairing menu to the public through October 2, 2026.

We extend our sincere thanks to our incredible industry partners for making this possible: REAL CALIFORNIA MILK, California Wines, and The U.S. Meat Export Federation. The U.S. Embassy will be closed Monday, September 7, 2026, in observance of Labor Day, an American holiday.

Celebrated on the first Monday in September, Labor Day honors the achievements of American workers and their contributions to the strength and prosperity of the United States.

Consular services will also be closed. U.S. citizens requiring emergency assistance should visit the Embassy website for contact information.

The Embassy will resume normal operations Tuesday, September 8.

The U.S. Embassy and American Center Yangon celebrated the 50th anniversary of the 1976 Judgment of Paris –the legendary blind tasting where California wines competed against some of France’s finest and came out on top, earning American vintners global recognition.

As part of our Freedom 250 programming celebrating American Excellence, Chargé d’Affaires Doug Sonnek welcomed guests for an evening highlighting American innovation, entrepreneurship, and the story of world-class American craftsmanship.

Through a screening of the American film Bottle Shock, guests discovered how a generation of pioneering U.S. artisans combined creativity, craftsmanship, entrepreneurship, and a willingness to challenge expectations to help transform the global industry.

That spirit of American excellence continues today. Across California and throughout the United States, American vintners are embracing new ideas and producing world class products that compete on the global stage.

We are working to introduce more people in Burma to the quality and variety of U.S. wines and create new opportunities to bring American products to local consumers.

From the breakthrough of 1976 to today, there has never been a better time to discover American wine. 🍷

၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ်တွင် အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စုသည် အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ် စီးပွားရေးပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုအဖွဲ့ (APEC) ၏ အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများသို့ စိုက်ပျိုးရေးထွက်ကုန် တန်ဖိုး အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ ၁၂၆ ဘလီယံကျော် တင်ပို့ခဲ့ရာ ၎င်းမှာ ကမ္ဘာတစ်ဝန်းသို့ တင်ပို့သည့် အမေရိကန်၏ စိုက်ပျိုးရေးပို့ကုန် စုစုပေါင်း၏ ၇၂ ရာခိုင်နှုန်း ရှိပါသည်။ အမေရိကန် စိုက်ပျိုးရေးပို့ကုန်တင်ပို့သည့် ထိပ်ဆုံးနေရာ ၁၀ ခုအနက် ၈ ခုမှာ APEC အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများပင် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
