Profit & Loss Statement ကို အလွယ်တကူနားလည်အောင် ဘယ်လိုလေ့လာမလဲ❓

Profit & Loss Statement (or Statement of Profit or Loss) ဆိုတာ ကာလတစ်ခု (Accounting Period) အတွင်း လုပ်ငန်းရဲ့ Operating Performance ကို ဖော်ပြတဲ့ Financial Statement တွေထဲကတစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Profit & Loss Statement ကို အခြေခံအားဖြင့် အောက်ပါ Formula နဲ့ နားလည်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

Income − Expenses = Profit (or Loss)

Income – လုပ်ငန်းမှ ရရှိသည့် ဝင်ငွေများ
Example: Sales Revenue, Service Income, Rental Income

Expenses – ဝင်ငွေရရှိရန် ကုန်ကျသည့် စရိတ်များ
Example: Salaries, Rent, Electricity, Advertising

Income က Expenses ထက် များရင် Profit ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ Expenses က Income ထက် များရင် Loss ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

မှတ်ထားရန်

* Income − Expenses = Profit (or Loss) ကို အခြေခံထားပါတယ်။

* ကာလတစ်ခု (ဥပမာ - ၁ လ၊ ၃ လ၊ ၁ နှစ်) အတွင်း လုပ်ငန်းရဲ့ လုပ်ဆောင်မှုရလဒ်ကို ဖော်ပြတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Balance Sheet ကို အလွယ်နားလည်အောင် ဘယ်လိုလေ့လာရမလဲ❓

Balance Sheet (Statement of Financial Position) ဆိုတာ နေ့ရက်တစ်ရက် (Specific Date) မှာ လုပ်ငန်းရဲ့ Financial Position ကို ဖော်ပြတဲ့ Financial Statement တွေထဲကတစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Balance Sheet ကို Accounting Equation ကို အခြေခံပြီး တည်ဆောက်ထားပါတယ်။

Assets = Liabilities + Capital (Equity)

ဒီ Equation က Balance Sheet ရဲ့ အခြေခံဖြစ်ပြီး Assets ဘက်နဲ့ Liabilities + Capital ဘက်ဟာ အမြဲတမ်း ညီမျှနေရပါတယ်။

Assets – လုပ်ငန်းက ပိုင်ဆိုင်တဲ့ အရာများ
Example: Cash, Inventory, Vehicle

Liabilities – လုပ်ငန်းက ပေးရန်ရှိတဲ့ အကြွေးများ
Example: Bank Loan, Accounts Payable

Capital (Equity) – Owner ရဲ့ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုနှင့် ကျန်ရှိသော ပိုင်ဆိုင်ခွင့်
