အွန်လိုင်းငွေလိမ်ဂိုဏ်းများသည် အရေးတကြီး ဖြေရှင်းရန် လိုအပ်သည့် ပြဿနာတစ်ရပ် ဖြစ်လာသည့်အပြင် လူ့အခွင့်အရေးနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ ပြင်းပြင်းထန်ထန် စိုးရိမ်ဖွယ်ရာ ကိစ္စတစ်ရပ်လည်း ဖြစ်လာပါသည်။ ဥရောပသမဂ္ဂ အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများ၏ နိုင်ငံသားများသည်လည်း ဤရာဇဝတ်မှုကွန်ရက်များကြောင့် ထိခိုက်နစ်နာရသည့် သားကောင်များထဲတွင် ပါဝင်နေပါသည်။ ဥရောပသမဂ္ဂသည် ဤစင်တာများကို ဖြိုခွင်းရန်၊ ထိခိုက်နစ်နာသူများကို ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်ရန်နှင့် တာဝန်ရှိသူများအား ဥပဒေအရ တာဝန်ခံမှုရှိစေရန် လိုအပ်ကြောင်း အလေးအနက်ထား ပြောကြားလိုက်သည်။

ယနေ့တွင် ဥရောပသမဂ္ဂသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် အရှေ့တောင်အာရှဒေသတွင်းရှိ အခြားနိုင်ငံများတွင် အွန်လိုင်းငွေလိမ်ဂိုဏ်းများ လည်ပတ်မှုနှင့် စပ်လျဉ်း၍ လူကုန်ကူးခြင်း၊ ညှဉ်းပန်းနှိပ်စက်ခြင်းနှင့် အခြားသော ရက်စက်ကြမ်းကြုတ်သော၊ လူမဆန်သော သို့မဟုတ် ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာကျဆင်းစေသော ပြုမူဆက်ဆံမှုများအပါအဝင် ပြင်းထန်သည့် လူ့အခွင့်အရေး ချိုးဖောက်မှုများအတွက် တာဝန်ရှိသော လူပုဂ္ဂိုလ်(၇)ဦးနှင့် အဖွဲ့အစည်း(၃)ခု အပေါ် ကန့်သတ်အရေးယူမှုများ ကို ချမှတ်လိုက်ပါသည်။

Scam centres have become a pressing issue and a severe human rights concern. EU citizens are among the victims of these criminal networks. The EU underlines the need to dismantle these centres, protect victims and ensure accountability for those responsible.

Today, the EU is imposing restrictive measures on seven persons and three entities responsible for serious human rights violations, including human trafficking, torture, and other cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment, in relation to the operation of scam centres in Myanmar and other countries in Southeast Asia.

အသက် (၁၃) နှစ်အရွယ် ဖိုးသောကြာဟာ မိခင်ကွယ်လွန်သွားပြီးတဲ့နောက် ကျောင်းထွက်ခဲ့ရပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီ့နောက် ဝင်ငွေရဖို့အတွက် အမှိုက်နဲ့ ပလတ်စတစ်တွေ ကောက်ခဲ့ရပါတယ်။

လူမှုပတ်ဝန်းကျင်က လူတွေရဲ့ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီမှုနဲ့ သူဟာ ကျောင်းပြင်ပရောက် ကလေးတွေအတွက် ဖွင့်ထားတဲ့ လူမှုအခြေပြု သင်ယူမှု အခွင့်အလမ်းတစ်ခုမှာ ပါဝင်ခွင့်ရခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ပထမတော့ သူက ပြဿနာလုပ်ပြီး ထွက်ပြေးဖို့ ကြိုးစားခဲ့ပေမဲ့ တဖြည်းဖြည်း ပြောင်းလဲလာခဲ့ပါတယ်။ စာကြည့်တိုက်ကို သွားပြီး စာအုပ်တွေ ဖတ်တတ်လာတယ်။ အခြားကလေးတွေနဲ့အတူ အချိန်ကုန်ဆုံးခွင့် ပိုရလာတာကြောင့် သူက ပိုပြီး ယဥ်ကျေးလာသလို၊ ကြင်နာတတ်ပြီး ပျော်ရွှင်တဲ့ကလေးတစ်ဦးလည်း ဖြစ်လာပါတယ်။

Thirteen-year-old Phoe Thauk Kyar had to leave school when his mother died. He started collecting rubbish and plastic to make money.

Community members helped him join a community-based learning opportunity for out-of-school children.

At first, he would act up and run away, but slowly, he began to change. He started visiting the library and reading books. Spending more time with other children helped him become more gentle, kind, and happy again.

He believes that education will make his life better. He wants to take care of his little brother, help his father. And one day open his own car workshop.

He is one of over 1.3million children and youth that EU support has reached over the last 5 years.
