လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှုနှင့် မျှော်လင့်ချက်များအတွက် လက်ချင်းချိတ်ပူးပေါင်းစို့။
ဂျာမန်နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၏ လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှုဆိုင်ရာ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူး ဒေါက်တာ အီနာ ဟွိုက်စ်ဂန် (Dr. Ina Heusgen) ၏ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံခရီးစဉ်အတွင်း ဒေသခံပြည်သူများ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်များကို အဓိကထား မီးမောင်းထိုးပြခဲ့ပါသည်။ ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်၊ စစ်တွေမြို့ရှိ နေရပ်စွန့်ခွာရွှေ့ပြောင်းရသူများသည် ဒုက္ခဆင်းရဲမျိုးစုံကို ရင်ဆိုင်နေရပြီး ၎င်းတို့အထဲတွင် ရခိုင်၊ ရိုဟင်ဂျာနှင့် အခြားသော ဒေသခံတိုင်းရင်းသားလူမျိုးစုများအားလုံး ပါဝင်ပါသည်။ ဂျာမနီသည် ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်တွင်သာမကနိုင်ငံတဝှမ်းတွင် လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှုဆိုင်ရာအကူအညီများကို ကုလသမဂ္ဂနှင့် လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှုဆိုင်ရာ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှတဆင့် ပံ့ပိုးကူညီပေးလျက်ရှိပါသည်။၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်အတွင်း၌မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ အတွက် လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှုဆိုင်ရာ ရန်ပုံငွေ (Myanmar Humanitarian Fund) တစ်ခုတည်း ကိုပင် ဂျာမနီနိုင်ငံ၏ ထည့်ဝင်မှု သည် အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ ၁၀ သန်းအထိ ရှိခဲ့ပြီးဖြစ်ကာ ဆက်လက်ကူညီပံ့ပိုးပေးသွားရန် သန္နိဋ္ဌာန်ထားပါသည်။ မြေပြင်တွင် မနားမနေ ကြိုးပမ်းအားထုတ်နေကြသော လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှုဆိုင်ရာလုပ်သားများအားလုံး ကိုအထူး လေးစား ကျေးဇူးတင်မိပါသည်🙏

High Five for Humanity & Hope!

The visit to Myanmar by the Humanitarian Director of the German Federal Foreign Office, Dr. Ina Heusgen, highlighted the needs of the local population. In Sittwe in Rakhine State, displaced persons live in dire conditions, Rakhines, Rohingyas and other local ethnic groups alike. Germany supports the UN and humanitarian organizations to improve their living conditions in camps and monasteries. All humanitarian workers on the ground deserve our respect & gratitude for their relentless efforts 🙏 !

Germany’s support doesn’t only focus on Rakhine: Through our contributions we support humanitarian aid in many parts of the country, including in those areas that are still affected by last year’s earthquake. Germany’s contribution to the Myanmar Humanitarian Fund alone already amounts to 10 Million USD in 2026 — and we remain committed to this support in the future!

သတင်းအချက်အလက်များကို လွတ်လပ်စွာ ရယူပိုင်ခွင့်ဆိုသည်မှာ အလိုအလျောက် ရရှိလာသည့် အခွင့်အရေးတစ်ခု မဟုတ်ပါ။ သတင်းလွတ်လပ်ခွင့် ရှိမှသာ မှန်ကန်သော သတင်းတင်ပြမှုနှင့်လွတ်လပ်၍ အချက်အလက်ခိုင်လုံသော အမြင်များကို ပုံဖော်နိုင်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ၎င်းသည် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အား သတင်းမှားဖြန့်ဝေမှုများမှ ကာကွယ်ပေးသည့်အပြင်တည်ငြိမ်အေးချမ်းမှုနှင့် လုံခြုံရေးကိုလည်း အထောက်အကူပြုပါသည်။
အရှေ့တောင်အာရှနိုင်ငံများတွင် သတင်းလွတ်လပ်ခွင့် အခြေအနေမှာ တစ်နိုင်ငံနှင့်တစ်နိုင်ငံ ကွာဟချက် ကြီးမားလျက်ရှိပါသည်။ နယ်စည်းမခြားသတင်းထောက်များအဖွဲ့ (RSF) ၏ ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ် ကမ္ဘာ့သတင်းလွတ်လပ်ခွင့် အညွှန်းကိန်းအရ တီမောလက်စ်တေ (Timor-Leste) နိုင်ငံသည် ကမ္ဘာ့အဆင့် ၃၀ သို့ တက်လှမ်းနိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး ဒေသတွင်း၌ ရှေ့ဆောင်နိုင်ငံအဖြစ် ပေါ်ထွက်လာခဲ့သည်ကို ဂုဏ်ယူစွာဖြင့် တွေ့ရှိရပါသည်။ တစ်ဖက်တွင်မူ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ သည် ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ်နောက်ပိုင်းတွင် အဆင့် ၁၆၆ ထိ ထိုးဆင်းသွားခဲ့ပြီး RSF ၏ ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ် အဆင့်သတ်မှတ်ချက်အရ ကမ္ဘာပေါ်တွင် သတင်းလွတ်လပ်ခွင့် အဆိုးရွားဆုံး ၁၀ နိုင်ငံစာရင်း၌ ပါဝင်နေပါသည်။ မကြာသေးမီက ဖမ်းဆီးထိန်းသိမ်းခံထားရသည့် သတင်းထောက်အချို့ ပြန်လည်လွတ်မြောက်လာခြင်းမှာ အရေးကြီးသောအပြုသဘောဆောင်သော်လည်း အဓိပ္ပာယ်ပြည့်ဝသော လူထုဆွေးနွေးပွဲများ ပေါ်ပေါက်လာနိုင်စေမည့် သတင်းမီဒီယာလွတ်လပ်ခွင့် အာမခံချက်ရှိစေရန်အတွက် များစွာလိုအပ်နေပါသေးသည်။

ဂျာမနီနိုင်ငံသည် မီဒီယာ လွတ်လပ်ခွင့် မဟာမိတ်အဖွဲ့ ကဲ့သို့သော အဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှတစ်ဆင့် ကမ္ဘာတစ်ဝန်းရှိ သတင်းနှင့် မီဒီယာလွတ်လပ်ခွင့်အတွက် ခိုင်ခိုင်မာမာ သန္နိဋ္ဌာန်ချထားပြီး မြှင့်တင်ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။ Hannah Arendt အစီအစဉ်မှတစ်ဆင့် လည်းဘေးအန္တရာယ်နှင့် ရင်ဆိုင်နေရသော မီဒီယာကျွမ်းကျင်သူများကို လက်တွေ့ကျသော ကူညီထောက်ပံ့မှုများ ပေးအပ်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် Deutsche Welle (DW) သည်လည်း ကမ္ဘာတစ်ဝန်းတွင် ဘာသာစကား ၃၀ ကျော်ဖြင့် လွတ်လပ်သောသတင်းစာပညာကဏ္ဍ အတွက် ထောက်ခံပံ့ပိုးလျက်ရှိပါသည်။
