Please see information below regarding the Fall 2026 Student Portal Program for high school online courses.

Registration Procedures:

Students should review registration requirements and course information by accessing the Fall 2026 program catalog at: https://bit.ly/Fall2026_Catalog

Students will need to complete a parent consent form available at: https://bit.ly/studentportal_Fall2026consent

Upon completion of a parent consent form to register for online courses, students will need to see their counselor or a school administrator to register for an online course.

The registration form should only be accessed by the school counselor or administrator. Please do not share the registration link with students.

Students will receive a notice of enrollment confirmation in their emails by Friday, September 04, 2026.

Dear Sharks~

To ALL Guardians & Students:

How are you all doing, Sharks? We hope this email finds you well. Congratulations to all who participated in our Summer Strong Program. I hope you are staying updated in your IC portal for any updates from the school(s) and from our general district announcement(s).

Main New Update (Please note if you haven't seen PSS Updates yet):

Please read all the flyers from PSS Socials & from our Acting Commissioner of Education (ACOE), Ms. Che. As stated by our ACOE, Da'ok Academy school will be temporarily at various high schools and various placement locations. Our students have options to merge directly into SSH and/OR to their former feeder school until our New Building is completed. IF the student is "Out of Zone" and OPTs to stay with several of our staff here at SSH, the student will need to complete the " OPT Waiver Form" to ensure you are responsible for your transportation and will not have any related attendance concerns while being out of zone/location of registered school. Please be mindful of your residence location; if you cannot provide transportation, you will be placed at the nearest high school.

WE understand this update may bring surprising news, but due to various budget matters and the ongoing construction of our new building, we are urged to explore options. Our Sharks will temporarily merge back into the main high school setting. Most of our administrative staff will be located at SSH. If you are able to provide your own transportation, you have the option to attend SSH. However, if you cannot provide your own transportation and sign the "out of zone" waiver, you will need to ride the bus to the high school nearest to your residence. This ensures that your attendance will not be affected by transportation issues.

In summary, the Da'ok Academy transition for the opening of SY26-27 and for the first semester (at the latest), classes will temporarily take place at the feeder locations closest to your residence. Bus routes will be limited for Da'ok Academy students. Please call us immediately for any clarification. These changes may affect your schedule if you have not already reached our office and/or registered, or if you depend on bussing and need transportation. We are working closely to reach you, and if you have a different contact, please reach us at our school numbers.

We encourage all sharks to stay updated on your choice of high school and attend school orientation. Again, it is best to call us so we can smoothly transition you and answer all your questions. I apologize that these changes are sooner than expected, as this is recent news to our staff as well. I hope you reach out soon, and we hope our team stays together and united despite these temporary changes in placement.

ALL Da'ok students who attend here at Saipan Southern shall attend SSH Orientation with the Manta Freshmen(s) & during the first period on the first day of school; students will be called to have a general orientation with our DA and SSH staff separately on 8/14/2026 (First Day of Instruction).
