Turn your entrepreneurial dreams into reality with the Likha Global Business Plan Competition!

The LINANGIN ANG KAKAYAHAN SA KABUHAYAN AWARD (LIKHA) Business Plan Competition is a start-up and original business plan competition organized by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW). LIKHA is an initiative under the Kabuhayan Reintegration Program of the DMW-National Reintegration Center for OFWs (DMW-NRCO). The competition is dedicated to supporting the successful full-cycle reintegration of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), providing them with the necessary resources to transition into entrepreneurship, as part of their return to the Philippines.
LIKHA Global is a business plan competition designed for OFWs currently deployed at their respective job sites abroad. It serves as a platform to develop sustainable livelihood projects in preparation for their eventual reintegration in the Philippines. Beyond showcasing innovative business ideas, the program also provides opportunities for financial support and access to business mentoring sessions.

The competition will run from May 2026 with the awarding scheduled for December 2026 in line with the celebration of the Month of Overseas Filipinos.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1. Application for Entry to the LIKHA Global Business Plan Competition
Applicants must submit their LIKHA Global application online through the Google Form or QR Code available at the NRCO page.

2. Accomplish the online LIKHA application form.
Applicants must accomplish the online LIKHA application form, Business Model Canvas, and Applicant’s Declaration completely and upload all required documents through the official LIKHA application portal.
