We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Manager with a technical background, specializing in Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems. Our company specializes in the installation, maintenance, and repair of ELV systems, and we are seeking a highly skilled individual to support our operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing a Team of technicians and installers.
Scheduling of installations, maintenance, and repairs for various clients and projects.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team during project ex*****on.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct site visits to oversee the progress of projects and provide technical support as needed.
Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of ELV systems.
Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems, including but not limited to security systems, access control, CCTV, fire detection, and public address systems.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Leadership abilities with experience in supervising and coaching technical teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
Certification in ELV systems or relevant industry certifications.
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
Diploma in Electrical and Electronics.
