Recent graduate? Curious, creative and ready to build something new?

I’m looking for a young and enthusiastic Project Manager to join me in developing Producer Routes for Sustainable Prosperity, Experience and Rural Tourism — an exciting initiative that brings together food, sustainability, tourism, culture and innovation to create new experiences rooted in Malta’s rural heritage.

You will also support my work as Ambassador for Organic and Sustainable Food, helping to promote local food, sustainability and rural communities.

No need to know everything already. I’m looking for someone who is enterprising, eager to learn, and excited by the idea of growing alongside a project with national ambitions.

The position will initially be offered on a contract basis, with the possibility of a long-term role for the right person.

🇨🇾🌿 During my visit to Cyprus, one thing that truly inspired me was how naturally they have connected organic farming and sustainability with their culture, identity, and way of life.

Nothing feels forced or overly ambitious — their approach is authentic, rooted in tradition, respect for the land, and love for local communities ❤️🌾

When sustainability reflects who people are, it becomes easier for communities to embrace the vision and be part of the journey 🤝🌍

As Malta continues working towards a more sustainable food future, I believe there is so much we can learn from this authenticity-driven approach 🇲🇹🌱✨
