🇬🇧 We continued with further discussions, this time with the disability and addiction sectors. The contribution of those working closely in these areas is essential for SCSA to better understand realities on the ground and strengthen standards that make a real difference.

Today, we had the pleasure of hosting a group of social care students from the University of Helsinki.
The students were given an overview of the Authority’s work and actively engaged throughout the visit, asking thoughtful questions to further their understanding of the sector from an international perspective.

Such exchanges remind us of the importance of collaboration, shared learning, and open dialogue across countries, as we continue working towards stronger and more person-centred social care systems.

Illum ingħata bidu uffiċjali għaċ-ċelebrazzjonijiet ta' 70 Sena ta’ Sigurtà Soċjali – Kburin bil-Passat, Inħarsu l-Preżent, Nassiguraw il-Futur.

Għal din l-importanti kienet preżenti wkoll is-CEO ta’ l-Awtorità ta' Standards ta' Ħarsien Soċjali, is-Sa Ruth Sciberras, flimkien ma’ diversi persuni distinti oħra, sabiex flimkien jimmarkaw dan l-anniversarju sinifikanti. Din il-mixja ta’ 70 sena tfakkarna fil-valur tas-sigurtà soċjali fis-soċjetà tagħna, filwaqt li tkompli ssaħħaħ l-impenn lejn preżent aktar stabbli u futur aktar sigur għal kulħadd.

Ilbieraħ, is-CEO Ruth Sciberras, flimkien maċ-Chair tal-Bord tad-Diretturi, is-Sur Anthony Scicluna, ippreżentaw ir-Rapport Annwali 2025 tal-SCSA lil Ministru għall-Politika Soċjali u d-Drittijiet tat-Tfal, l-Onorevoli Michael Falzon. Dan ir-rapport jirrifletti sena oħra ta’ impenn, ħidma kontinwa u sforzi sabiex inkomplu nsaħħu l-istandards, inħarsu lill-utenti tas-servizzi u nassiguraw kwalità fis-settur tal-ħarsien soċjali.

Mill-qalb nirringrazzja lill-ħaddiema kollha tal-SCSA għad-dedikazzjoni, il-professjonalità u l-kontribut siewi tagħhom matul is-sena. Il-ħidma tagħkom tkompli tagħmel differenza reali.
