Shame that LESA and TM officials do not recognise this type of fire extinguisher which we use in our vans. We find them very handy and reliable, especially for having no expiry date as stated in the below certificate, yet our vehicles are stopped daily and tickets are being issued on the drivers as they "failed to provide a sufficient fire fighting system in accordance with these regulations"!!! We cannot understand why they provide a photo of the officer holding the extinguisher as an evidence to the contravention! Waste of time for both our drivers and admins for having to lodge petitons. Transport Malta and LESA please train your officials accordingly, thankyou!
