🌼Bonġu lil kulħadd! Illum it-22 ta' Ġunju hija l-festa ta' St Thomas More - il-patrun tal-Kulleġġ tagħna.

St Thomas More twieled Londra fl-1478, studja u sar avukat u iżjed 'il quddiem kien ukoll membru parlamentari. Iżda hu minn dejjem kien raġel ta' ġabra u fidi kbira. L-aħħar kliem tiegħu qabel ġie maqtul kienu "Jiena qaddej tajjeb tar-Re, iżda l-ewwel t'Alla."

St Thomas More huwa l-patrun tat-tfal addottati, avukati, qaddejja, politiċi u taż-żwiġijiet diffiċli.

🌼Good morning everyone! Today, 22nd June, we celebrate the feast of St Thomas More, the patron saint of our College.

St Thomas More was born in London in 1478. He studied law and became a lawyer, and later also served as a Member of Parliament. However, throughout his life, he remained a man of deep faith, integrity and reflection. His final words before his ex*****on were: "I die the King's good servant, but God's first."

St Thomas More is the patron saint of adopted children, lawyers, civil servants, politicians and those experiencing difficulties in marriage.

💗Illum niċċelebraw lil dawn l-irġiel straordinarji li kuljum jiggwidaw, jappoġġjaw u jispiraw liż-żgħażagħ tagħna. Lil kull missier, nannu, missier adottiv, ziju, kustodju u figura ta’ missier - grazzi tas-sagrifiċċji kbar li tagħmlu, tal-pariri li taqsmu u tal-imħabba li tagħtu b’tant ġenerożità. Kemm permezz ta’ kliem ta’ kuraġġ, tjubija jew sempliċement billi tkunu preżenti meta jkun hemm bżonn, intom tgħinu biex iż-żgħażagħ jikbru aktar kunfidenti, responsabbli u reżiljenti, lesti biex jiffaċċjaw id-dinja.

X'lejla dik! Nagħlqu s-sena skolastika għall-istudenti tas-7 Sena bil-BBQ Annwali tagħna 🌭🎶

Minn ikel tajjeb għal ħafna kant u daħk: tassew kien l-aqwa mod kif nagħlqu sena mill-isbaħ – l-ewwel sena tal-istudenti tagħna fl-iskola medja.

Grazzi speċjali lill-membri tal-istaff, lill-ġenituri u lil dawk kollha li ħadmu minn wara l-kwinti biex din il-lejla ssir realtà u tiżdied bħala memorja sabiħa għal kulħadd.
