Morcellement St-André is situated in the Northern part of the island. St Andre.

It has a population of about 6,000 inhabitants. It has a multi-cultural and multi-racial population. The First Governor of Mauritius, Sir Rahman Osman came from the village as well as many other professionals. This page is about Morc.
