Salut a tous ça et voilà cette année se termine en beauté après une longue période! une année qui restera gravé dans notre mémoire, après tous les épreuve qu'on a traversé ça ne rendra plus fort, pour certains le rêve se réalise, d'autres non, pour ça on doit pas baisser les bras, notre destin se trouve entre nos mains.

et voilà notre dernier petit dîner FBZ team pour cette année 2020

Pour cette année on a annulé le les voyages verre île de Rodrigues c'est un peu triste après trois années consécutives sur les trail de Rodrigues, bon courage à tout ce qui est participe pour cette année 2020

Et on se revoit pour 2021

The team was back on tracks today 11.05.2019 for the royal raid 2019..
dev jealall was back on track after 4 months of the rest , for the 15km and david ragotin was on the 37km as usual during several years...
dev finished 15km with a chrono of 1hr10 and david finished 37km with 1 of his best chrono..
We missed our big brother Janot Fra on track but never count the 3 members off the pitch and challenge as they will be soon back...
next track loading soon.....

Another year and another start of the Rando trail races...
the first race mare longue trail 10km was done all the 3 members of Fbz Team with in which dev jealall grab the 3rd place in the senior categorie , while janot fra and david ragotin did a good race...
the second race Ti raid west 10km held in a rainy n muddy atmosphere , was done by only janot fra n david ragotin as dev is injured and off the track 4 almost a year..
janot ended in a 5th place and david in the top 100....
waiting 4 the next race to be load on 09 march 2019 ( Trail de goyaves 10km )...

Salut à tous voilà une petite journée spéciale pour l'équipe FBZ team aujourd'hui c'est l'anniversaire des mon ami Dev Jeallal ça me fait vraiment plaisir et je te souhaite tout le meilleur que ses rêves se réalisent qui apporte beaucoup de bonheur dans ta vie!!

et en passant pour l'anniversaire de mon ami direction vient les pouces. pour un magnifique monté avec de belle vue!! toujours en pleine nature!!!

Nous avons la chance de changer la vie ou de garder la vie,
que nous avons pu vivre en 2018.
la culpabilité ne peut pas changer le passé, et l'anxiété ne peut pas rendre votre avenir brillant. Il est préférable de chérir ce que vous avez et d'essayer de mettre en œuvre ce que vous pensez pour l'avenir. La positivité est l’esprit à emporter avec vous qui peut éclairer des pensées inspirantes en vous. Abandonner n'est pas la solution, et passer à autre chose est tout ce dont on a besoin.❤❤🤗🤗
