Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery and facilities.
Ensure full utilization of the CMMS for scheduling, tracking, and documentation of maintenance tasks.
Maintain high availability and functionality of all production equipment and infrastructure.
Manage the spare parts inventory to ensure timely availability and replenishment.
Participate in the monitoring and maintenance of company facilities, including electrical systems, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and structural features.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations.
Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.


𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞
Demonstrated leadership skills and team management capabilities.
Proficient in electro-mechanics and industrial maintenance, with extensive hands-on approach.
Effective problem-solving, troubleshooting, and task prioritization under pressure.
Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Experienced in technical project work, machine installation, and commissioning.

𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬
Full-time, on-site role at Duraco Ltee premises.
Participation in a night and weekend on-call roster for emergency breakdowns.
Occasional work during off-hours, weekends, or public holidays, depending on operational needs.
Physical work involving inspection, repair, and manual handling of equipment.
