Youth Leaders Network Build a Platform for youth to share and promote their ideas and become a responsible citizen

The Youth Leaders Network aims is to:
• Increase the participation of young people and youth systems in society, as well as in decision-making processes;
• Positively influence policy issues involve youth and youth systems.
• Facilitate the participation of young people through the development of sustainable and independent youth organizations at the national and international level.
• Promote the

exchange of ideas and experience, mutual understanding, as well as the equal rights and opportunities among young people in the Maldives
• Uphold intercultural understanding, democracy, respect, diversity, human rights, active citizenship and unity.
• Increase youth participation and intergenerational partnership in decision-making
• Facilitate greater collaboration among youth organizations
• Create support and broader recognition for positive youth action



Vision
Youths working together towards a more just, peaceful and sustainable country, where youth are seen as key investors and are active participants in the design of their future. YLN believes that critical issues facing the country today demand every generation's attention and action, and that youth are instrumental in movements for positive social change and Contribute to the development of youth work in other regions of the world.
