It all began with a simple but powerful idea — every teacher deserves to know how to secure their future.

From 8th to 11th July 2025, we embarked on a journey across Mulanje District, bringing contributory pension sensitisation directly to Teachers in various Teachers Development Centres (TDCs).

What unfolded was more than just a series of meetings — it was a conversation about dreams, dignity, and the value of a lifetime of service.

We met teachers who had spent decades shaping young minds yet had questions about what awaited them after retirement. We listened. We explained. And together, we explored how the contributory pension scheme empowers them to build a future that reflects the dedication they've given to education.

There were moments of realization. Moments of relief. And above all — moments of hope.

This initiative wasn’t just about numbers or policies. It was about people. Teachers who now feel more confident about their tomorrow because they understand their rights, responsibilities, and the system that supports them.

To every Teacher who attended, asked questions, and shared their stories — thank you.
You reminded us why this work matters.

The journey doesn't end here. Let’s keep the conversation going — because planning for the future is one lesson that benefits us all.
