🌶🌶TO THE SCORCHERS 🌶🌶
REVOLUTIONARY SALUTE TO THE DAUGHTERS OF THE SOIL — THE SCORCHERS!
Fighters, Comrades, and Fellow Africans,
On Saturday 16 August 2026, in Morocco, our Scorchers fell 3-0 to Cameroon in the Final of the Women's Africa Cup of Nations.
They did NOT lose. They made HISTORY.
Let us tell the truth about this history, because the enemy media will call it "luck". It was not luck. It was REVOLUTIONARY DISCIPLINE.
These daughters arrived in Morocco ranked 153rd in the world, debutants who had *NEVER* qualified for *WAFCON* before. The so-called experts, the colonizers of football, wrote them off.
What did they do?
1. They defeated the giants. In their opening game, they shocked defending champions Nigeria, the Super Falcons, 3-2. When the system tells you Nigeria is unbeatable, Malawi says NO!
2. They fought with one hand tied. Against Egypt, they won 3-1 even after going down to 10 women. That is the condition of the Malawian worker — outnumbered, undermined, but never defeated.
3. They conquered to qualify. In the quarter-final, they came from behind to beat Ghana 2-1, and in doing so booked a historic first-ever ticket to the FIFA Women's World Cup Brazil 2027.
4. They marched to the final. In the semi-final, they thrashed Algeria 3-1, with the Chawinga sisters leading the assault. Temwa Chawinga finished as Golden Boot winner — a Malawian daughter as the deadliest weapon on the continent.
Comrades, this is the EFF lesson:
The Scorchers are what Malawi CAN BE when we stop begging and start BELIEVING. They had no big budgets, no European facilities, no colonial approval. They had ORGANIZATION, PATRIOTISM, and FEARLESSNESS.
The old parties tell you Malawi is too small, too poor, too landlocked to win. The Scorchers tell you a lie. Ranked 153rd can beat Ranked 1st. A debutant can reach a final. A team from a nation that gives its women nothing can give the continent EVERYTHING.
Therefore, as Economic Freedom Fighters of Malawi, we say:
Like the Scorchers, we will not ask for permission to be free. We will *TAKE* our place.
Like Temwa and Tabitha Chawinga, we will return home with skills learned abroad to liberate the motherland, not abandon it.
Like the team that played with 10 women and still won, we will fight for land, for jobs, for dignity, even when the whole system is rigged against us.
They told the Scorchers to participate. The Scorchers chose to *CONQUER* .
The ruling class lost the final yesterday. The people of Malawi won the future.
The Scorchers have qualified for the World Cup. Malawi must now qualify for Economic Freedom!
Aluta Continua!
From the Ground to the World Cup — and From the World Cup to Economic Freedom!
EFF Malawi — Our Land, Our Future!
Ground Force Commander.
