Two little additions to the herd! 🐃

These beautiful 2-month-old buffalo calves emerged from the bush in the wildlife conservancy, staying safely tucked between their very protective parents.

It’s always special to see our wildlife populations growing — a rewarding sign that the efforts of Shire Valley Conservation are making a difference.

The rains will (hopefully) be easing soon, leaving everything lush, green, and full of life.

There’s a quiet shift happening here — a sense that a new season is just around the corner.

With some exciting new things underway and a truly wonderful new team on board, there’s a fresh energy at the lodge that we can’t wait to share.

We’re looking forward to welcoming guests and volunteers again — to the work, the people, and all the moments in between that make this experience so special.
