The proposed development will comprise mainly of incubator buildings to accommodate research laboratories, studio facilities as well as commercial office spaces. The park will also include common shared facilities such as convention centre complex with exhibition halls, service apartments, as well as public amenities such as amphitheatre, musolla, day-care centre, food & beverage outlets, and recreational parks and grounds.
