Malaysia Hindu Sangam Bukit Mertajam Will Not Step Back: Second Police Report Lodged Against Zambri Vinoth
9 March – Malaysia Hindu Sangam Bukit Mertajam Chairman, Mr. John Jeyson, has issued a strong statement following the lodging of a second police report yesterday against Zambri Vinoth.
Malaysia Hindu Sangam Bukit Mertajam is closely monitoring the issue surrounding the Sri Dewa Maruthuvar Jada Muniswarar Temple. We wish to stress that the organization will not take a step back under any circumstances when it comes to protecting the sanctity, dignity, and rights of Hindu places of worship.
The police report lodged yesterday reflects the seriousness of the matter and the growing concern among the Hindu community. Any statements or actions that insult, threaten, or undermine Hindu beliefs and religious institutions must be addressed responsibly and through the proper legal channels.
Malaysia Hindu Sangam Bukit Mertajam wishes to make it clear that our commitment is not limited to defending a single temple. We stand ready to support and defend the protection of Hindu temples across the state and throughout Malaysia.
We call upon all relevant authorities to take appropriate action to ensure that religious harmony, mutual respect, and the rule of law are upheld at all times.
Malaysia Hindu Sangam Bukit Mertajam remains steadfast in safeguarding the religious heritage, sacred institutions, and rights of the Hindu community for present and future generations.
