Thank you Ms Teh Hui Theng and Ms Jasmine from Tanah Sutera Development Sdn Bhd for inviting me to the Good Earth Exhibition 2024.

I'm more than happy to share our story about seagrass to the community and most importantly to educate them about the importance of seagrass to our ecosystem. Now they know the differences between seagrass and seaweed ☺️

Dr. Nur'ain Balqis Haladin, Dr. Farhana Abu Bakar, Dr. Yasmin Hanafi Zaid, Madam Shalini Srika Bala, and Dr Aizuddin Supee have been awarded the gold award at the Synergistic GUCI Seminar 2024. Their research titled "Enhancing Seagrass Conservation Awareness through Adam's Seagrass Adventure! Book" highlights the importance of environmental education and community engagement.

This significant project was conducted in collaboration with Dr. Serina Rahman from Kelab Alami and Madam Nor Ain Ahmad Apandi from SK Tiram Duku. The research was generously funded by the Iskandar Puteri Rendah Karbon Community Grant 2.0, which aims to disseminate knowledge and raise awareness about the critical role of seagrass meadows at Tanjung Kupang, Johor.

The recognition of this team underscores the value of interdisciplinary collaboration in addressing environmental issues and fostering sustainable practices.

Buku Pengembaraan Rumput Laut Adam terus bergerak maju dalam mendidik anak-anak mengenai rumput laut.

Pada 4 Mei 2024 yang lalu, pihak Language Academy, UTM dengan kerjasama dari Kios Bacaan Komuniti -KDSM dan Kelab Alami telah mengadakan satu program komuniti; Keajaiban Rumput Laut.

Anak-anak telah diberi pendedahan dan maklumat mengenai rumput laut. Pelbagai aktiviti telah dijalankan bagi memastikan anak-anak mendapat pemahaman sepenuhnya.

Pihak Language Academy UTM turut berbesar hati menyumbang sebanyak 4 naskah buku Pengembaraan Rumput Laut Adam kepada pihak Kios Bacaan Komuniti.
