入住需求：
Basic Requirement:

1. 您需要一个舒适的环境来养老。
You need a comfortable environment for retirement.

2. 透过安老院安全检测，被评为适合入住安老院。（强制性）
Adopted through the safety requirement of home care center for the
elderly, and rated as suitable for staying at home care
center（Compulsory）

3. 健康欠佳，无法自理及生活起居方面

需要我们来提供协助。
Old folk that having poor health, unable to take care of themselves
and need our assistance for daily activity care.

4.可以利用步行辅助器或轮椅行动。
Able to use walking aids or wheelchair for daily activity.

5. 需要我们的协助来帮忙老人家们度过幸福安老的晚年。
In need of our help, to provide a happy old age to the old folks.

申请人如没有上例条件，但有需求，经过评估后，尚可入住安老院。
Applicants who do not have the above conditions are still eligible for admission to residential care homes upon complete assessment by the management.
