To ensure the cylinder's structural integrity and ability to withstand pressure.
Frequency: High-pressure cylinders should undergo hydrostatic testing at intervals not exceeding 10 years.

Procedure ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธ
At least 10% of the total number of cylinders provided should be subjected to an internal inspection and hydrostatic test during the 10-year inspection. If failures occur, the percentage of cylinders tested increases.

Pressure ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธ
The test pressure must be at least 25 N/mm2 for CO2 cylinders.
