今天，克兰芝州议员古海燕代表金宝国会议员张哲敏移交一台笔记型电脑给一位理工学院（Politeknik）学生。尽管面对重重困难，她依然坚定不移地追求学业，令人十分敬佩。
她是一名孤儿，从小由养母抚养长大。她的养母是一位残障人士（OKU），目前仅依靠福利局（JKM）每月300令吉的援助金维持生活。虽然成长环境艰苦，但她始终没有放弃希望，坚信唯有通过教育，才能改变自己的命运，创造更美好的未来。
了解她的情况后，YB张哲敏和古海燕很高兴能够送上一台笔记型电脑，希望能协助她顺利完成学业，也为她的学习之路提供一点帮助，鼓励她继续努力、追求卓越。
我们衷心希望她顺利完成文凭课程后，继续升读学士学位，实现自己的理想，开创更光明的未来。更重要的是，希望她未来学有所成后，能够回报一直无私照顾她、为她付出一切的养母，让养母过上更好的生活。

Today, Adun Keranji YB Angeline Koo Haai Yen represented MP Kampar YB Chong Zhemin in handing over a laptop to a Polytechnic student who has shown remarkable determination in pursuing her education despite facing many hardships.
She is an orphan who was lovingly raised by her adoptive mother, an OKU, who relies on just RM300 a month in financial assistance from JKM. Despite growing up under such difficult circumstances, she has never given up on her dream of creating a better future through education.
Understanding her situation, YB Chong and YB Angeline are pleased to provide her with a laptop to support her studies and help her complete her diploma. We hope this small contribution will ease her learning journey and encourage her to keep striving for excellence.
We sincerely hope that she will go on to pursue a bachelor’s degree, fulfil her aspirations, and build a brighter future for herself. More importantly, we hope that one day she will be able to care for her adoptive mother, whose unconditional love and sacrifice have given her the opportunity to pursue her dreams.
We wish her every success in her studies and have every confidence that, with determination, perseverance, and hard work, she will achieve her dreams and make her adoptive mother proud.
