怎样自己写遗嘱? Home made Will.
很多有钱人都很舍得买 black label 来喝, 可是不舍得拿出那一点点钱给专业人士去写他的遗嘱. 那些 kiam siap 的人, 来我教你怎样自己写你的 Will 吧:

1. 开头要正经一点: Last Will and Testament...
写清楚：
“I, [你的全名 + IC], being of sound mind…”
意思是：我现在头脑清醒，不是在半夜 emo 写遗书。Later people cannot say you blur blur sign. 过后遗嘱不生效.

2. 找一个 Executor（你的 afterlife runner）
这个执行人是帮你执行遗愿的。选一个靠谱的，not 那个借你 RM500 十年都没还的朋友。怕你走了，他也跟你财产“消失”了.

3. List down 你的财产（不要玩 hide & seek）
House, car, bank money, shares, crypto, 你的猫…全部写清楚。
不要以为家人会自动知道。They won’t. 他们只会知道吵架。

4. 最重要受益人, (beneficiary) 写清楚（不要写“你知道是谁”）
“My house 给 A, my car 给B”
不要写：“给我最爱的孩子”
结果每个都觉得自己是最爱的，直接开战 .

5. Residuary clause（剩菜打包区）
因为你一定会漏东西的，人类来的嘛。
写一句：剩下全部给谁。
不然那一点点东西都可以吵到上法庭，worth 几百块，律师费几万

6. 签名很重要（很多 DIY will 死在这里）
在马来西亚：
你要签名，
要有 2 个 witnesses ( 证人)在场.
witness 也要签哦!

重点：
Witness 不能是 beneficiary
不然他们的 inheritance 会 “poof” 消失.

7. 写日期（不要搞 time travel）
没有日期，万一有两份 will，法庭直接头痛：which one latest??

8. 收好 but不要收太好
不要藏到像 treasure hunt 那样。你死了，没人找到 = 你白写。

如果有公司、很多房，还是找律师比较稳，不然你辛辛苦苦赚的钱怕会给到你不喜欢的人.

P/s: 如果你要给你的小三, 小王, illigitimate child 也是写进去你的遗嘱. 不然他们一分钱都拿不到
