กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะกรรมการชายแดนส่วนภูมิภาค ไทย–มาเลเซีย ครั้งที่ 119

วันที่ 2 กันยายน 2569 นายภาษิต จูฑะพุทธิ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู พร้อมด้วยนางนันทนา นุชนารถ กงสุล (ฝ่ายกิจการพิเศษ) เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะกรรมการชายแดนส่วนภูมิภาค (กชภ.) ไทย - มาเลเซีย ครั้งที่ 119 ที่อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา โดยมี พล.ท. นรธิป โพยนอก แม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 กองทัพบกไทย และ พล.ท. ดาโต๊ะ ไครุล อัซมีซัล บิน อาหมัด นาตัล ผู้บัญชาการกองกำลังกองทัพบกสนาม ภาคตะวันตก กองทัพบกมาเลเซีย เป็นประธานร่วม

โอกาสนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นและหารือแนวทางการเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือด้านความมั่นคงตามแนวชายแดนไทย - มาเลเซีย โดยเฉพาะการป้องกันและปราบปรามอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ รวมทั้งการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลข่าวสารและการประสานงานระหว่างหน่วยงาน ตลอดจนความร่วมมือด้านการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในพื้นที่ชายแดน และการส่งเสริมความเข้าใจอันดีและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างไทยกับมาเลเซีย

นอกจากนี้ ที่ประชุมเห็นพ้องที่จะใช้กลไก กชภ. เป็นกรอบสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือด้านความมั่นคงและการพัฒนาพื้นที่ชายแดน เพื่อส่งเสริมสันติภาพ ความมั่นคง และความเจริญรุ่งเรืองร่วมกันอย่างยั่งยืน

Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu Attends the 119th Thailand-Malaysia Regional Border Committee (RBC) Meeting.

On 2 September 2026, Mr. Phasit Chudabuddhi, Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu, together with Mrs. Nanthana Nutchanart, Consul (Special Affairs), participated in the 119th Thailand-Malaysia Regional Border Committee (RBC) Meeting in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province. The meeting was co-chaired by Lt. Gen. Norathip Poynok, Commander of the 4th Army Area, Royal Thai Army, and Lt. Gen. Dato’ Khairul Azmizal bin Ahmad Natal, Commander of the Western Field Army, Malaysian Army.

On this occasion, both sides exchanged views and discussed ways to enhance security cooperation along the Thai-Malaysian border, particularly in preventing and combating transnational crime, as well as enhancing information sharing and coordination among relevant agencies. The discussions also covered cooperation in promoting economic and social development and improving the quality of life of people in border areas, as well as fostering mutual understanding and closer relations between Thailand and Malaysia.

In addition, the meeting agreed to continue using the RBC mechanism as an important framework for advancing cooperation on border security and development, with a view to promoting sustainable peace, security and shared prosperity.

สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู จัดกิจกรรมสาธิตและแข่งขันประกอบอาหารไทยสำหรับนักศึกษาไทยในรัฐกลันตัน

เมื่อวันที่ 26 สิงหาคม 2569 สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู จัดกิจกรรมสาธิตและแข่งขันประกอบอาหารไทยสำหรับนักศึกษาไทยในรัฐกลันตัน จำนวน 20 ราย ซึ่งกำลังศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีและอนุปริญญาที่มหาวิทยาลัยอิสลามนานาชาติสุลต่านอิสมาอิล เปตรา (Sultan Ismail Petra International Islamic College University: KIAS) เมืองโกตาบารู และเป็นผู้แทนกลุ่มนักศึกษาไทยในภาคตะวันออกของมาเลเซีย (Thai Students in Eastern Malaysia: TE) ณ สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ

โอกาสนี้ นายภาษิต จูฑะพุทธิ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู กล่าวต้อนรับคณะนักศึกษาและกล่าวเปิดกิจกรรม จากนั้น น.ส. ปานระวี โภควัฒน์ แม่ครัวประจำกงสุลใหญ่ฯ สาธิตวิธีการปรุง “ผัดไทยกุ้งสดห่อไข่” ซึ่งเป็นเมนูอาหารไทยที่กลุ่มนักศึกษาให้ความสนใจและต้องการเรียนรู้มากที่สุด พร้อมทั้งแนะนำเทคนิคการจัดและตกแต่งจาน ภายหลังการสาธิต นักศึกษาได้แบ่งออกเป็น 5 กลุ่ม เพื่อแข่งขันปรุงผัดไทยกุ้งสดห่อไข่ โดยบรรยากาศเป็นไปอย่างสร้างสรรค์และสนุกสนาน จากนั้น คณะกรรมการซึ่งประกอบด้วยผู้มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการประกอบอาหารของสถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้ชิมและให้คะแนนผลงานของแต่ละกลุ่ม ขณะเดียวกัน นักศึกษาได้ร่วมชิมผลงานของกลุ่มต่าง ๆ และลงคะแนนแบบ Popular Vote ก่อนปิดท้ายกิจกรรมด้วยการรับประทานอาหารร่วมกันระหว่างกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ข้าราชการและเจ้าหน้าที่สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ กับกลุ่มนักศึกษา ในบรรยากาศที่ใกล้ชิดและเป็นกันเอง

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวมุ่งส่งเสริมทักษะด้านการประกอบอาหารไทยและเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาไทยได้เรียนรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ผ่านกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์ ตลอดจนสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของสถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ในการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมและพื้นที่สร้างสรรค์สำหรับเยาวชนไทยในรัฐกลันตันและรัฐตรังกานู ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายชุมชนไทยในต่างประเทศให้เข้มแข็งยิ่งขึ้น

Royal Thai Consulate-General in Kota Bharu Organises Thai Cooking Demonstration and Competition for Thai Students in Kelantan

On 26 August 2026, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Kota Bharu organised a Thai cooking demonstration and competition for 20 Thai students pursuing Bachelor’s degrees and diplomas at Sultan Ismail Petra International Islamic College University (KIAS) in Kota Bharu. The students also represent the Thai Students in Eastern Malaysia (TE) group. The event was held at the Royal Thai Consulate-General.

On this occasion, Mr. Phasit Chudabuddhi, Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu, delivered welcoming remarks and officiated the event. Ms. Panrawe Pockvat, the Consul-General’s chef, then demonstrated how to prepare “Pad Thai with Fresh Prawns Wrapped in Egg Sheet” (Pad Thai Goong Sod Hor Kai), the Thai dish that the students were most interested in learning, and shared techniques for plating and presentation. Following the demonstration, the students were divided into five groups to compete in preparing the dish. The competition took place in a creative and enjoyable atmosphere. The dishes prepared by each group were then tasted and evaluated by a panel of culinary experts from the Consulate-General. The students also sampled the dishes prepared by the other groups and cast their votes for the Popular Votes. The event concluded with a meal shared by the Consul-General, officials and staff of the Consulate-General, and the students in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

The activity aims to enhance the Thai cooking skills and provide the Thai students with opportunities to learn and exchange experiences through creative activities. It also reflects the Consulate-General's commitment to promoting youth participation and providing creative platforms for Thai youth in Kelantan and Terengganu, as part of its efforts to strengthen Thai community networks in the two states.

วันที่ 20 สิงหาคม 2569 นายภาษิต จูฑะพุทธิ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบู เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการหารือระหว่างอาหารกลางวันกับนาย Mohd. Hisham Bin Mohd Nor ผู้อำนวยการศุลกากรรัฐกลันตัน และคณะ ณ บ้านพักกงสุลใหญ่

โอกาสนี้ กงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้แสดงความยินดีต่อการเข้ารับตำแหน่งใหม่ของผู้อำนวยการศุลกากรที่รัฐกลันตัน และความขอบคุณต่อศุลกากรรัฐกลันตันสำหรับความร่วมมือและการสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของสถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ด้วยดีเสมอมา ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือและการประสานงานด้านศุลกากร โดยเฉพาะการอำนวยความสะดวกด้านพิธีการศุลกากรที่สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้รับความอนุเคราะห์เป็นอย่างดีตลอดมา ตลอดจนประเด็นความร่วมมือระหว่างไทยกับรัฐกลันตันที่เป็นประโยชน์ร่วมกัน ภายใต้บรรยากาศการหารือที่เป็นไปอย่างสร้างสรรค์และเป็นกันเอง


Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu discusses cooperation with Director of Kelantan Customs

On 20 August 2026, Mr. Phasit Chudabuddhi, Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu, hosted a working luncheon for Mr. Mohd. Hisham Bin Mohd Nor, Director of Kelantan Customs, and his delegation at the Consul-General’s Residence.

On this occasion, the Consul-General congratulated Mr. Mohd. Hisham on his assumption of duty as Director of Kelantan Customs and expressed his appreciation to Kelantan Customs for its continued cooperation and support for the work of the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Kota Bharu. Both sides exchanged views on enhancing cooperation and coordination in customs matters, particularly facilitation of customs procedures for which the Consulate-General has consistently received kind assistance from Kelantan Customs. They also discussed areas of mutual interest and cooperation between Thailand and the State of Kelantan. The discussion was conducted in a constructive and cordial atmosphere.

กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู เข้าร่วมการประชุมวางแผนการดำเนินโครงการความร่วมมือด้านการเกษตรระหว่างสำนักงานคณะกรรมการพิเศษเพื่อประสานงานโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริกับมหาวิทยาลัยมาเลเซียแห่งรัฐกลันตัน

วันที่ 20 สิงหาคม 2569 นายภาษิต จูฑะพุทธิ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ได้รับเชิญเข้าร่วมติดตามผลและประชุมวางแผนการดำเนินโครงการความร่วมมือด้านการเกษตรระหว่างสำนักงานคณะกรรมการพิเศษเพื่อประสานงานโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ (สำนักงาน กปร.) กับมหาวิทยาลัยมาเลเซียแห่งรัฐกลันตัน (Universiti Malaysia Kelantan - UMK) ในโอกาสที่นายวัชระ ทัศภาค ที่ปรึกษาด้านการพัฒนา สำนักงาน กปร. พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารสำนักงาน กปร. และนางสายหยุด เพ็ชรสุข ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ศึกษาการพัฒนาพิกุลทองอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ เดินทางเยือนรัฐกลันตัน ระหว่างวันที่ 19–21 สิงหาคม 2569

กงสุลใหญ่ฯ และคณะฯ ได้เข้าร่วมการประชุม ณ อาคารที่ทำการรัฐบาลประจำรัฐกลันตัน ร่วมกับ YB Dato’ Ustaz Haji Tuan Mohd Saripudin Tuan Ismail ประธานคณะกรรมการบริหารรัฐกลันตันด้านการเกษตร อุตสาหกรรมเกษตร และสินค้าโภคภัณฑ์ และ Prof. Dr. Wan Ahmad Amir Zal bin Wan Ismail รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรมของ UMK เพื่อหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือระหว่างศูนย์ศึกษาการพัฒนาพิกุลทองฯ กับ UMK อาทิ การฝึกอบรม การแปรรูปและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ การส่งเสริมการตลาด และการรับรองมาตรฐานฮาลาลของมาเลเซีย นอกจากนี้ คณะฯ ได้ศึกษาดูงานการบรรจุภัณฑ์และมาตรฐานฮาลาลของมาเลเซียของบริษัทท้องถิ่น และเยี่ยมชมแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรและวัฒนธรรม

Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu Participates in Planning Meeting on Implementation of Agricultural Cooperation between the Office of the Royal Development Projects Board and Universiti Malaysia Kelantan

On 20 August 2026, Mr. Phasit Chudabuddhi, Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu, was invited to participate in a follow-up and planning meeting on implementation of agricultural cooperation between the Office of the Royal Development Projects Board (ORDPB) and Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), on the occasion of the visit to Kelantan by Mr. Wachara Thassaphak, Advisor on Development, ORDPB, together with a delegation of ORDPB executives and Ms. Saiyud Phetsuk, Director of the Pikun Thong Royal Development Study Centre, from 19–21 August 2026.

The Consul-General and the delegation attended the meeting at the Kelantan State Government Office, together with YB Dato’ Ustaz Haji Tuan Mohd Saripudin Tuan Ismail, Chairman of the Kelantan State Executive Committee for Agriculture, Agro-Industry and Commodities, and Prof. Dr. Wan Ahmad Amir Zal bin Wan Ismail, Deputy Dean for Research and Innovation of UMK. The meeting discussed potential areas of cooperation between Pikun Thong Royal Development Study Centre and UMK, including training, product processing and development, marketing promotion, and Malaysian Halal certification. In addition, the delegation visited a local company to learn about packaging and Malaysian Halal standards and an agro-cultural tourism destination.

On this occasion, the Consul-General hosted a dinner in honour of Mr. Wachara Hassapak and the delegation at the Consul-General’s Residence.

วันที่ 18 สิงหาคม 2569 นายภาษิต จูฑะพุทธิ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ได้รับเชิญร่วมเป็นสักขีพยานในพิธีลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจว่าด้วยการบูรณาการความร่วมมือเพื่อพัฒนาพื้นที่เรียนรู้เชิงวัฒนธรรม “ว่าวบูรงนิบงสร้างสุข” และส่งเสริมสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมอย่างยั่งยืน ระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏยะลากับสมาคมสยามกลันตัน ณ สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างความภูมิใจในอัตลักษณ์ท้องถิ่น และสนับสนุนการขยายผลต้นทุนทางวัฒนธรรมและอัตลักษณ์ท้องถิ่นอย่างสร้างสรรค์ โอกาสนี้ กงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้ร่วมประชุมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางความร่วมมือระหว่างสมาคมฯ และมหาวิทยาลัยฯ อันเป็นผลสืบเนื่องจากบันทึกความเข้าใจฉบับนี้

Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu Witnesses the Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Yala Rajabhat University and the Kelantan Siamese Association
On 18 August 2026, Mr. Phasit Chudabuddhi, Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu, was invited to witness the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Yala Rajabhat University and the Kelantan Siamese Association at the Royal Thai Consulate-General, Kota Bharu. The MOU focuses on integrating cooperation to develop cultural learning space called “Wan Burong Nibong: Creating Happiness” and promote a sustainable multicultural society. The initiative aims to foster pride in local identity and support promotion of cultural assets in a sustainable manner. On this occasion, the Consul-General also participated in an exchange of views on potential areas of cooperation between the Association and the University as a result of the MOU.

วันที่ 13 สิงหาคม 2569 นายภาษิต จูฑะพุทธิ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองโกตาบารู ได้รับเชิญเข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดงาน “ชมศูนย์ศึกษา พัฒนาความรู้ ดูนิทรรศการ” ครั้งที่ 27 ณ ศูนย์ศึกษาการพัฒนาพิกุลทองฯ จังหวัดนราธิวาส เพื่อร่วมสืบสานพระราชปณิธานของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวในการ “สืบสาน รักษา และต่อยอด” โครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ และเผยแพร่การดำเนินงานของศูนย์ฯ โอกาสนี้ นายพลากร สุวรรณรัฐ องคมนตรี และประธานกรรมการบริหารโครงการศูนย์ศึกษาการพัฒนาอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมด้วยนายบุญช่วย หอมยามเย็น ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดนราธิวาส นางสุพร ตรีนรินทร์ เลขาธิการคณะกรรมการพิเศษเพื่อประสานงานโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ (สำนักงาน กปร.) หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ นักเรียน ประชาชน ตลอดจนผู้แทนจากมหาวิทยาลัยมาเลเซียแห่งรัฐกลันตัน (Universiti Malaysia Kelantan – UMK) เข้าร่วมงานในครั้งนี้

Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu attends an event at Pikun Thong Royal Development Study Centre

On 13 August 2026, Mr. Phasit Chudabuddhi, Consul-General of Thailand to Kota Bharu, was invited to attend the opening ceremony of the 27th “Visit Study Centre, Gain Knowledge, Explore Exhibition” at the Pikun Thong Royal Development Study Centre in Narathiwat Province. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Palakorn Suwanrath, Privy Councillor and Chairman of Royal Development Study Centre Executive Committee. Also in case attendance were Mr. Boonchuay Homyamyen, Governor of Narathiwat Province, Mrs. Suporn Trinarin, Secretary-General of the Office of Royal Development Projects Board (RDPB), heads of government agencies, students, members of the public as well as representatives of Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK)
