Fire Alarm & Lift System Integration (MEP Concept)

During a fire emergency in a building, the Fire Alarm System is directly connected to the Lift Control System to ensure life safety.

When the fire alarm is activated by smoke detectors or manual call points:

* The Fire Alarm Control Panel sends a signal to the lift controller

* The lift automatically enters Fire Recall Mode

* The lift travels directly to the ground floor (safe level)

* Doors open and remain in standby

* Normal passenger operation is disabled

* Only emergency/firefighter operation is allowed (if applicable)

This sequence ensures passengers do not use the lift during fire and helps safe evacuation through stairs.
