The Tropical Rainforest Run 2026 will take place at Tawau Hills Park, a protected sanctuary underSabah Parks. Home to some of the world's tallest tropical trees and three ancient volcanic peaks, your participation also contributes to its conservation efforts.

Challenging yet accessible, the 10KM is the perfect introduction to trail running through the heart of a tropical rainforest with a total of 539 elevation gain.

From the starting line to the summit of Mt. Lucia and back through rugged rainforest terrain with a 1,567 elevation gain, the 28KM is a true test of endurance. Every finisher earns points recognised by the International Trail Running Association (ITRA).
