Sawit Kinabalu Group (SKG) continues to reinforce its commitment to fostering a strong culture of integrity and strengthening anti-corruption practices through the publication of the SKG Integrity Bulletin First Edition 2026. The publication reflects the Groupโs ongoing efforts to enhance corporate governance based on the principles of integrity, transparency, and accountability.
The Integrity Bulletin serves as a platform to promote awareness, share key integrity initiatives, and strengthen staffsโ understanding of ethical conduct, compliance, and good governance practices throughout SKG. Officially launched on 9th July 2026, the bulletin marks another significant milestone in SKGโs continuous journey to embed integrity as a core organisational value.
As part of efforts to enhance visibility and strengthen stakeholder confidence, the SKG Integrity Bulletin First Edition 2026 was presented by the Chairman of Sawit Kinabalu Group, YB Datuk Haji Hazem Mubarak bin Tun Dr. Musa, to the YAB Chief Minister of Sabah, Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji bin Haji Noor at the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (DUN). Also present during the presentation session were the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Victor Ationg, together with representatives from Integrity & Governance Division (IGD).
The presentation reflects SKGโs commitment as a Sabah Government-linked Company (GLC) to champion integrity, strengthen governance frameworks, and uphold the highest standards of transparency and accountability in its corporate management and business operations. It also demonstrates the SKGs continued support for the Sabah State Governmentโs aspiration to cultivate an ethical and corruption-free public sector and business environment.
During the meeting, the YAB Chief Minister commended SKGโs proactive efforts in advancing its integrity agenda and emphasised the importance of sustaining such initiatives across all levels of the organisation. He expressed confidence that SKG will continue to lead by example and serve as a benchmark for other GLCs in Sabah in promoting a culture of integrity, transparency, accountability, and good governance.
