📢 We’re excited to invite you to a publication workshop presented by Mr. Alex Liu from the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) on Tuesday, 23 June 2026, at 2.30 p.m. in the Audio Visual Room, Level LG, Main Library. 🚀

📄 This 1.5-hour session will provide an overview of the IEEE publishing process, covering publication options (journals and conferences), manuscript preparation, submission, peer review, post-publication activities, and author support resources, followed by an interactive Q&A session. 🔍

📢 Starting 15 June 2026, 36 new fully self-service discussion rooms will be available for student use on a trial basis! 🎉
📍 Location: Level 2, Arena Building
🔑 Rooms: TA/263 (1–17) and TA/264 (1–19)

The official rollout will begin on 22 June 2026.

Students can book these rooms through the Student Intranet and enjoy convenient automated access.🚪

✨ Additionally, the maximum booking duration for Main Library discussion rooms has been extended to 3 hours, giving you more time for group discussions and collaborative work.
