The PEPS 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) was successfully held on 26 August 2026 at Dewan Berjaya, Bukit Kiara Equestrian & Country Resort, Kuala Lumpur.

The AGM marked an important milestone for PEPS with the confirmation of the newly elected Executive Committee (EXCO) for the 2026โ€“2028 term, headed by Sr Subramaniam Arumugam, who has been re-elected as President for a third consecutive term.

Members engaged in constructive discussions on the latest developments, emerging challenges and key issues facing the property and valuation industry, reaffirming PEPSโ€™ commitment to representing the profession and contributing to the advancement of the industry.

The AGM also featured an update from PEPS Ventures Berhad (PVB), highlighting its continued growth across its products and expanding user base, reflecting ongoing efforts to drive innovation and digital transformation within the industry.

PEPS looks forward to the new term with renewed commitment and collaboration, working together to strengthen the profession, support our members and create greater value for the wider industry.
