A strategic collaboration between the Faculty of Sports Science & Recreation, Universiti Teknologi MARA (Sarawak) and the Sarawak Powerlifting Association marks a powerful step forward for the growth of powerlifting in Sarawak 🤝

Congratulations to the newly elected Executive Committee for the term 2026–2029! 🏋️‍♂️🔥

This marks a new chapter for our federation as we move forward with a shared vision: to grow the sport of powerlifting, strengthen members’ welfare, and elevate our athletes, officials, and community to even greater heights — together.

The election was successfully conducted in a hybrid format, both physical and online, chaired by the MAP Deputy Secretary General, reflecting our commitment to transparency, inclusivity, and good governance in shaping the future of the sport.

At the same time, we extend our deepest appreciation to the Executive Committee 2023–2026. Thank you for your tireless dedication, sacrifices, and leadership. Together, as a formidable troupe, we have achieved milestones that once felt distant — and laid a strong foundation for what comes next. 💪

Now, with unity as our strength and purpose as our drive, let us continue pushing boundaries, nurturing talent, and building a powerlifting ecosystem that stands tall on the national and international stage.
