Customised Leaders in Governance Programme

The Customised Leaders in Governance Programme focused on 6 key areas: public governance and accountability, public sector transformation, workforce development, resource management, digital innovation, and citizen engagement. Beyond the classroom, learning visits immersed participants in what was taught in motion. Combined with group discussions facilitated by senior Singapore public-service practitioners, the programme exposed participants to Singapore's experience in governance and how these principles were internalised and executed in its public service. Thus, giving the participants a clearer understanding of how to apply governance principles within their own agencies to support the State's development goals.

This year's CSR programme marks a meaningful milestone as the Institute prepares to bid farewell to our beloved Semenggok Campus, a place that has shaped two decades of learning, leadership, and cherished memories. As we prepare to transition to our new campus in Rampangi, Santubong, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to the local community, partners, stakeholders, and all who have supported us over the years. Our partnership and collaboration have been vital to our growth and mission. This year, the Institute is honoured to present a contribution to Rumah Seri Kenangan, one of our valued collaborators in the SCS Induction Course in past years. This humble gesture reflects our enduring commitment to community engagement, ensuring our journey forward remains rooted in service and shared purpose.
