1. Assistant Centre Manager
Responsibilities:
● Assist in the daily operations of the care centre.
●Supervise staff and ensure quality resident care.
●Handle administration, documentation, and family communications.
●Coordinate admissions, appointments, and staff schedules.
□Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Computer literate.
Experience in healthcare or aged care is an advantage.
2. Cook cm Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
Prepare nutritious meals according to residents' dietary needs.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene.
Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment.
Requirements:
▪︎Able to cook for elderly residents.
▪︎Responsible, hardworking, and hygienic.
▪︎Experience is preferred but training will be provided.
3. Caregiver
Responsibilities:
▪︎ Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
▪︎ Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes.
▪︎ Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive care.
Requirements:
Passionate about caring for the elderly.
Honest, patient, and responsible.
Experience is an advantage; training will be provided.
