ONCC operates 24 hours, 365 days a year entered the Malaysian market with the sole purpose of providing a better service to the public, investors, local & foreign tourists and importantly the “people” of Melaka. ONCC is built on a one number concept – 06-3333333, whereby caller will only need to dial one number only to be connected to all Government agencies and its subsidiaries in Melaka. ONCC in addition will be able to provide feedbacks and information, accept and escalate complaints through an ‘electronic complaint management’ (e-aduan) and any other request pertaining to the services rendered by the State Government of Melaka and its agencies.
