A milestone built on commitment, teamwork and a strong safety culture. ๐Ÿค

Unipati Concrete Sdn Bhd (UPC), the ready-mix concrete division and wholly owned subsidiary of Cement Industries of Malaysia Berhad (CIMA), proudly celebrated HSE Week 2026 while commemorating the remarkable achievement of 3 Million Safe Man-Hours without Lost Time Injury (LTI).

Held under the theme, "Building Resilient People, Safe Operation & Sustainable Environment," the event was officially launched by YBhg. Dato' Sr. Hisham Jafrey, Chairman of UPC, and graced by the presence of Encik Hairol Azizi Tajudin, Managing Director of CIMA.

The programme featured an insightful Psychosocial Talk by Dr. Merlinda Shazellenne A/P James Pillai, OHD DOSH, focusing on the importance of mental well-being and resilience in building a safer workplace.

The celebration also included a safety briefing, HSE awards and recognition ceremony, health screening, and exhibition boothsโ€”bringing employees together to strengthen awareness, encourage well-being, and reinforce a culture where safety remains everyone's responsibility.
