**23rd Annual Children’s Outing | 02 May 2026 A Celebration of Joy, Inclusion, and Compassion 💙**

A truly heartfelt Children’s Outing Day was brought to life through the meaningful collaboration between Royal Port Dickson Yacht Club, Rotary Club of Metro KL and Rotary Club of Port Dickson.

This special day brought together 28 children from Kampung Asli Labu, Negeri Sembilan. They were accompanied by their dedicated volunteers, alongside 22 autistic and Down syndrome children from Kuala Lumpur with their loving parents and guardians. More than just an outing, it was a day where every child was seen, celebrated, and embraced every segment of the trip.

Set against the beautiful backdrop of the Royal Port Dickson Yacht Club, the children were welcomed with a warm lunch before the day unfolded into laughter, connection, and pure joy. Carefully planned games, led by President of RCPD Mr. Nathan Ji and fellow Rotarians, sparked excitement and togetherness — from lively ball games and sensory water play to the cheerful rhythm of the chicken dance, where smiles knew no boundaries.

The beach became a space of freedom and happiness, as children, parents, and Rotarians shared moments of play, bonding, and simple delight by the sea. These were not just activities, but meaningful memories in the making.

As the afternoon continued, everyone gathered for tea and a heartfelt prize-giving session, celebrating every child’s participation and spirit. Each smile reflected confidence, courage, and the joy of belonging.

We were honoured by an inspiring address from our Interim Chairman, Mr. Anthony Y, whose words echoed the true purpose of the day — to serve with compassion and uplift lives. Add valued with his presence, Rotary Area Coordinator Capt Muru representing Rotary club of Nilai Central.

The event concluded with the distribution of thoughtfully prepared goodie bags and school bags, generously sponsored by the Rotary Club of Metro KL. The children’s faces lit up with happiness — a simple yet powerful reminder that small acts of kindness can create lasting impact.

With a final group photo capturing these treasured moments, the children departed with full hearts and beautiful memories.

This was more than just an event — it was a celebration of unity, empathy, and the unwavering spirit of giving. A sincere thank you to every volunteer, parent, and supporter who made this day not only successful, but truly meaningful.

Program: Sayangi Diri Kita
Date : 26 April 2026 (Sunday)
Cancer Screening & Health Camp

Health is something we often take for granted until we are reminded how important it truly is. That’s why programs like “Sayangi Diri Kita” matter.

This initiative was designed with one clear purpose: to bring essential health services closer to the community and encourage everyone to take proactive steps towards their well-being. From cancer and general health screenings to educational talks, student support, MySalam assistance, and a Rotary Membership Drive, the program created an opportunity for people to learn, act, and care for themselves and their loved ones.

The strong early turnout from the DUN Sri Tanjung community reflects a powerful message when awareness meets action, healthier lives begin. Taking that first step towards screening and prevention can make all the difference.

This meaningful effort was made possible through the collaboration of dedicated partners:

Healthcare Sector
National Cancer Society Malaysia (NCSM), Physiotherapy Unit (Port Dickson Health Office), UCSI Hospital Springhill, and SALAM Senawang Specialist Hospital

Organizations & Community
Rotary Club of Port Dickson, Lions Club Port Dickson (Pantai), Community-Based Rehabilitation Centre (PDK), Karungga, and MCIS Life

Education & Training
APTI (TVET) and Vocational College

Private Sector
Mobile Optics, MySalam, RF3, and Regina Group

Together, this was more than just a program,it was a reminder that caring for our health is a shared responsibility. When communities, organizations, and individuals come together, real impact happens.

Let this be a gentle reminder: prioritise your health today, for a stronger tomorrow.

"Care Today, Protect Tomorrow.
Love Yourself, Love Your Community.”

"Pause & feel grateful” moments for us ✨

My team and I attended our very first event together at Hee Lai Ton, Petaling Jaya and walked away with something we truly did not expect:

💫 Recognition as a Yoga Satellite Club under Rotary Port Dickson 💫

We went in with open hearts… and left feeling deeply empowered.
The excitement, the nerves, the joy everything felt right. This recognition is more than a title; it’s a reminder that when intention is pure, the universe meets you halfway 🌱

What made it even more special was meeting people from different walks of life and different states, different stories, one shared purpose: service, wellness, and impact.

Our hearts are full.
Our purpose is clearer.
And we are more ready than ever to serve, move, heal, and impact together 🧘‍♀️✨

Stay tuned. The journey has only just begun 🌍💫

It's Tuesday 🤝🤗

Wearing this Rotary pin is more than just a symbol on my shirt it’s a quiet reminder of why we serve. *UNITE FOR GOOD* is not just a theme; it reflects our shared values, our commitment to Service Above Self, and the power of coming together to create meaningful impact. Every time I wear it, I’m reminded that Rotary isn’t limited to meetings or projects it’s a daily choice to serve, connect, and make a difference. Proud to walk this journey with fellow Rotarians.
